start 201 week 1 -4.5 (196.5) week 2 -2 (194.5) week 3 -2.5(192) week 4 +.5 (192.5) week 5 -2 (190.5) total lost -10.5 just weighed in for week 5 on core! The week 4 gain was not due to core but due to me and some junk!

I am going to weigh in this morning. I am so nervious...it's almost silly. This is my first week of maintenance and so it feels like the cookies are higher on the shelf (so to speak) that I maintain my weight. I'll let you know how it goes.
UPDATE: Yeah...I maintained 162 this week. That was my goal. I'm happy.

I weighed in today and stayed EXACTLY the same since last week. I guess it's better than a gain, but I'm starting to get frustrated. I've been playing with the same two pounds for a month and I'm only four pounds from goal. (my WW goal, not my personal goal).

Nikki, don't get discouraged. I know it's really a pain in the neck to see that you are doing everything as you should and can't lose those stubborn extra pounds. Just keep going and you'll see them drop soon enough. Also, maybe you want to do something a little different to mess with your system. Maybe change your exercise routine? You're such an inspiration to those of us who need to lose more than just 2 lbs. to get to goal!

Hi Tuesday weighers! I'm up .5 lb this week, but it could have been worse. Last Wednesday I went out to lunch and dinner, both for celebrations, and went a little crazy. Used up all my WPA for the week in about 8 hours.
*sigh* ....I'm back on track, gonna have better numbers to report next week!

Just started Tuesday AM weigh-ins this week. I found a great meeting and great leader that are incredibly motivating. 2/1 +0.4 - Not as bad as I thought. I was vacationing in Phoenix all last week and really got off track. 2/8 -1.8 Yeah! Definitely headed in the right direction. 2/15 -0.4 Trending the right direction. I need to be consistent. 2/22 -1.8 Yeah!!! I got my 5 lb bookmark today! ;D

Weigh in last night, I was down 2.6. That put me at my SECOND 10%. I am just 3lbs from my 50lb star and only 5lbs from ONDERLAND.

Weigh in Tuesday night... 2/1/05=+.8, could have been much worse looking back at what I ate. 2/8/05=lost .4 this week, acctually totally stoked because I didn't expect to lose any this week. Yea!!! OP since 6/1/04: 253/213.6/131 From highest weight: 268.8/213.6/131

I am down another 1/2 lb. I am getting tired of only loosing 1/2 but I know slow and steady wins the race.
This makes a total of 28.5 lbs. ALL ON CORE!
