Up 3/4 lbs - was on vacation this past weekend. I overdid my eating. I will do better next week.

Another 1.5 lb down this week. Boy am I excited. I changed my goal weight this week and I am now only 9.5 lbs from goal.

I lost 4lbs!! I am amazed. I haven't entered my weight in WW yet, but I am prepared for the generic warning this time. That's almost 9lbs in three week...I am doing something right. ;D

OK I started 1/4/05 with CORE WK1 - first day lol WK2 - lost -6.4 ;D WK3 - lost -.04 WK4 - lost -1 WK5 - lost -1.8 WK6 - lost -1 I just know I could lose more due still not drinkin water for past 2 weeks and still cheating but still losing causei I'm eatin less I guess

Woohoo - lost another 1.5 lbs! Down a total of 15.1 pounds in 6 weeks!
I was a little discouraged about maintaining last week, but I had to admit that I had not been as careful as I should have been.
I also increased my time Pilates from one day a week to two.

2/15/05=lost another .4 this week and happy to be there, any loss is a good loss... now that pesky .2 away from 40 pounds... something must be done! And this is the week to do it! Hi Tuesday Weighers!!Today is my first time here and I'm happy to be a part of the Tuesday group!! I was a little frustrated with WI last night.... I was down just .2 lbs. I've been doing Core for the past 3 weeks or so and just haven't seen the drop in weight like some of you have. Part of the problem, I think, is that I have had this horrendous virus that is going around and have not been able to exercise for almost the entire 3 weeks I've been doing Core, but I was still hoping that just changing the types of food I ate would produce a bit more dramatic results. I'm still a Core fan though, and wouldn't consider going back to Flex. My head and chest are about cleared up, so hopefully I can get back to exercising..... I'm really feeling like a slug!

Down another pound this week. I'm now lower than I've been in about five years. Still a long way to go, but excited about getting past this setpoint. (I've lost down to this point but not beyond it-- and hit a plateau here that really knocked me off track. It's taken CORE to get me losing again.)

Yeah...back down to 162 (actualy 161.8) today after gaining 1.5 lbs last weeks. I am so glad. It really freaked me out. I hope someday I can become more calm about all of this.

I was finally down .6 this week. It doesn't seem like much, but I've been playing with the same two pounds for more than a month now. I haven't changed my ticker yet, but I finally hit that 125 mark, even if it is 125.6. Only three more pounds till goal!!

Hello and Congrats Tuesday Weighers! Well, I was FINALLY down 1.4 this week. I was really starting to get upset with myself, but I just took it one day at a time last week and got through it. I used all of my WPA's but not more and felt good about my food choices, and it paid off ;D Woo Hoo for me! I Finally got my 40# star!!!!!! Well, 41.2 to be exact

I weighed in last night and am down another 4.9 lbs! I am so excited!
This past week I went to a boot camp exercise class at the gym in addition to my two sessions at the Pilates studio. It was really difficult, but definitely a good workout.
I am really feeling good about the weight loss this go round, as I can see Core being a way of life I can actually live with, not just a 'diet'. !!!
