I was up to 165 today. That is a 3.2 lb gain in one week! I don't get it. I have been really good and it isn't even TOM. Geez. Okay I will just keep doing what I am doing and hopefully next week will be better. Sigh.

OK I started 1/4/05 with CORE WK1 - first day lol WK2 - lost -6.4 ;D WK3 - lost -.04 WK4 - lost -1 WK5 - lost -1.8 WK6 - lost -.8 WK7 - lost -1 WK8 - gained 1 WK9 - lost 1.8 ;D W0000t

Had an AWESOME Week!! Down 4.6!!! Yea!!
That brings the grand total to.... 45.8 since June (on WW) and 61.8 overall ;D

163 lbs. which is better than I thought it would be. I am within my range and only 1 lb over goal. All good.

today is my fist post on this site and my first weigh in on the Coe plan. I lost 5.5 lbs, which is a real feat for me! I have been enjoying the recipes here, which have helped me this 1st week!

Lost .2 this week. I am pleased since I was expecting a gain 253/204.8/131 - down 48.2 on WW 269/204.8/131 - down 64.2 overall

Had a great WI today! I missed last week, so I guess it's really a two-week loss, but I'm down 3 pounds and I'm 1.6 from goal ;D! After being stuck for so long, it is such a relief to see the scale go in a downward direction again!! I love Core!
