Ok, new to the board but have been with WW for 5 weeks now.
My Tuesday weigh in, I was down 2.8 lbs for a total loss of 13.6 lbs!
I love the Core plan - it's been so much easier for me to stay on Plan and to not feel deprived! ;D

OK I started 1/4/05 with CORE WK1 - first day lol WK2 - lost -6.4 ;D WK3 - lost .4 WK4 - lost 1 WK5 - lost 1.8 Week 5 I was shocked due I was "cheated" but I was in control ....whew lmao This coming Tuesday ...I hope so cause I haven't been drinking water hmmmm still got few more days to drink it up!!! *running to start to drink water*

This is my first time to post. I was so good on Core last week and I walked three miles each day (except for sunday) and the scale didn't move one little ounce! It was my first week on core so perhaps next week will be better?

2 lbs down tonight. Feel wonderful to be off the .5 kick. It took me 7 weeks to loose the last 5 lbs.

Another 2lbs this week which puts me at 49 total and 35.6 since starting Core when it was launched.

At weigh in today I gained .5 a lb.
I can live with that considering how much I ate this week. It may seem silly be I changed my ruler to reflect the change just to keep myself honest. I like the ruler that says 0lbs. to lose. Keep it real.

This is my first time posting on the WI board. I just cancelled my WW online membership, so I need someplace to post my stats. I lost 2#on Tues. night. This is the same 2# I have been gaining and losing for the last month. Now it needs to be the last time I lose it. I have been working hard on several things. Drinking enough water, eating more than 5 f/v. Getting some exercise almost every day. Some days I'm better than others.

I weighed in this morning *still* the same. I am frustrated. I have been at this weight for a month and a half now. I have done a very good job of maintaining, but I still want to lose. I thought I did well this week, too. Anyway, next week WILL be the week I break 125.
