This is my first week back on the wagon. I told my dh this and he asked me if I was in AA...LOL I dont even drink
I am a daily weigher as you will see. If I quit weighting myself I quit caring...Weird but it works for me.
Maybe someday I will stop doing that
Official weigh in days are Tuesdays for me.

Missed breakfast cause woke up late and had to get to church.

Dinner: had company over (4 friends) so I wanted it to be special
Pot roast (3) [ok pot roast is core but i have a way I love to make it....2 cans cream of mushroom the healthy choice kind with a roast in the bag seasoning mix and 2 cups water...makes it really moist.)

OK, dinner was somewhat of a special occasion. celebrating the pregnancy of one of my friends. And I never get to cook for a bunch of people so it was nice...no excuses...I chose to eat this tonight so I really dont feel bad about it. Tuesday starts my wpa over...they are definitly gone for now. Plus I was in the kitchen cooking for hours today on my feet...sure I earned a few ap's! Lol
