breakfast: ff/sf yogurt with frozen strawberries.
lunch pear beef, barley and veggie soup tea
snack banana
Dinner pasta, marinara chicken cheese dish..lol baked all core glass of skim milk
snack popcorn ff yogurt tea i got my oil in the dinner casserold. I didnt do so well on agua i had only one glass but two things of tea

i'm melting away! Mwi: 194.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats the official wi so I'm down 2 lbs this week.
oatmeal about 1/2 cup warmed peaches over it skim milk (yum, with the peaches I dont even need splenda)
snack tea Lunch cottage cheese with peaches leftover pasta chicken from last night NSV: I didnt clean my plate and stopped when satisfied
snack: about 1/2 a bag of popcorn
dinner: tortilla (2) chicken peppers pico de gallo salsa some soup (3)
WPA: 30 Notes: after a more "fattening" dinner I stayed full for the entire night. I think I need more fat in my diet...I have skimped on the oil some days and I need to stop doing that. I had oil in the chicken dish and real cheese on the soup. Much more satisfying.

Lunch-mexican for sisters bday OK, instead of ordering the meal that came with 3 totstadas rice and beans I ordered a la cart. I got 2 tostadas minus the beef they put on them. Then I only ate 1 and left the other one there!GO ME
But I need some help figuring out the points. 2 tortilla chips 1 tostada...the bottom looked like the same thing the tortilla chips were made of. It was about the size of a saucer. Kinda small. Then beans, tomatos, sour cream, a white cheese and guacamole and pico de gallo. It was so good. My sister couldnt believe I didnt eat both of them. When they brought them out she was like those are small but look good. Truthfully I probably ate 3-4 bites too many to finish off the one. The tostadas at taco bell are like 5 pts. Do you think its about the same?? I'm gonna call it 7
dinner half bag popcorn and a pear
snack 1/2 cup ff pudding
not hungry today...but feel bad for eating so crappy! shame on me. i'll do better tomorrow wpa: 23

Breakfast: banana strawberry smoothie (2F)(M)
snack carrots (v) little dip (1)
Lunch: baked "fries" (v) a hamburger (p) ff cheese slice (m) bun (1) wow that felt like cheating but it wasnt
Dinner: 1/2 piece of chicken (p) corn on the cobb (v)
oil: yes on the fries water: could have done better f/v: r5 m: 2 p: 2

planning on some pizza tonight with friends 2 slices garden pizza (14) it was really good and worth every point

breakfast oatmeal with sliced peaches
lunch.....didnt get to eat til 3pm... a few peanuts 2 rolls 1/2 chicken sandwhice...ate 1/4 with bun...then 1/4 just the chicken! lol grilled veggies tea (out for sisters bday with family) Hey I didnt touch the cheesecake.
Dinner...didnt get done with dinner til after 4 so wasnt hungry dh made cookies and I ended up eathing 3 ugh
so I am over wpa again for the second week in a row.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!
I love reading people's journals! You get menu ideas and you realize that there are people struggling just like you are. This is a huge plus for me right now.
There are a lot of things that happen in our lives that throw us off course occasionally. They just happen! It is how we get past these things that shows our character. I'm struggling but I'm not giving up.
So, Jennifer, hitch your wagon to one of the many of us on this journey (there are many of us in the back of the pack) and we'll get through this bumpy part of the trail.

mwi 194 not so good breakfast? whats that? It didnt happen today. I was so tired I got up and made kennedy breakfast and fell asleep on the couch...I cant believe I did that. she let me know when she was done though. She is 17 months. She could of choked or something...cant do that anymore! I dont know I just shut my eyes for a second...BAD mommy!
Lunch grilled chicken grilled veggies (onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomatos!) sooo good
dinner pork chops broccoli 1/2 a sweet potato
snack oatmeal (i got hungry again) gym 25 minutes on bike (lots of water) and lifted weights for 30 minutes!! GO ME! Hello Jennifer have you heard of a thing called milk?? I gotta do better on calcium.
Tomorrow is official wi! hope a lot of this is period weight

192!! lost 2.5 this week! Breakfast Oatmeal lunch salad cottage cheese with pineapple Dinner-had neighbors over lasagna salad then it got UGLY! really UGLY! Neighbor brought over sugar cookies for dessert....I had more than I care to admit. actually I lost count

I have been bad...very bad... Its not so much at home...MY environment is pretty much fail proof. But I have been out of town and over at friends....temptation city! but I'm going to do better today!
