mwi 186.0 I have been out of town since Thursday. Made some non core choices but I'm back to core today. Eating out is going to be a challenge for me...I know there I core things I can order but I dont seem to have the will when I see the menu. on a brighter note I need new undies...I had to get a bigger size when I got pregnant and they are just now too big. Same for my bras. They are on the tightest notch and are too big. So, its coming off somewhere! I also got into my size 16 levis. This is sooo great for me as I bought them a week before I got pregnant. I have some 14's in pants but these 16 levi's for some reason wouldnt fit til just recently!! Those are the victories I need to keep me going Breakfast: grapes Lunch : steak, grilled squash Dinner: some awesome steaks, corn on the cobb and salad. Also had a biscuit Snack: ice cream a

official mwi for week 2 186.0 wpa 35 I maintained this week which i consider a miracle I didnt gain. I ate out a lot while out of town. breakfast banana lunch salad snack: milk dinner 2 slices pizza....poor planning on my part 14 exercise....I was outside working most of the day. I earned at least 6AP's maybe more. Put together chairs and table for patio and did lots of yard work. Hopefully I will mow tomorrow and plant 2 more things. I have a small annual to plant and a lavendar rose bush. wpa remaining 27

mwi 185.5 wpa remaining 8 i dont know what my problem was yesterday. I know a lot of my problems come from what I call "social" eating. I know my lunch was cause my mom came over and wanted to buy me lunch. At least she went to subway for me instead of mcdonalds. She also brought over a huge slab of bacon. Somehow she had got 3 huge slabs of bacon and wanted me to have one. So we had BLT's for dinner instead of the core soup i had planned. Then went to a CTMH party and ended up having some brownies. Everyone else was going through the food line...why did I feel i had to also? today is a new day! breakfast core oatmeal snack: popcorn lunch taco soup dinner left over pizza and then ice cream. Is this the type of meal a person eats that wants to lose weight and has ate crappy all week?? UGH exercise: I shoveled some rocks up today for probably 20 minutes... I filled up all the buckets we had and I'm waiting for someont to bring over a trailer for me to use. Then I swept off the porch and sidewalks... I've been trying to do lots of landscaping. I also have been trying to get off my butt more. lol I have been more active which is the only thing I've been doing right this week. Today was hard again. I need to get serious. Got some groceries tonight so hopefully that will help me the rest of the week. I'm not giving up even though I havent been the best this week. I could have been a lot worse if I wasnt trying. So i take that with a grain of salt. I dont know what my problem is other than maybe laziness to plan meals. I also am at the lowest weight I've been at in 2 years! Am I scared to go to that next level? Not sure. Last time I did weight watchers a few years ago i got down to about 7 pounds less than this...i felt great. I can remember that feeling of being in the 170s for the first time since college. It felt great..

dinner: steak grilled peppers cantalope
dessert um cheesecake...a small piece DH brought home from the grocery and I coudlnt resist
exercise: Shoveled rocks for an hour! Working on the front yard.

I dont know how I'm loosing weight. I'm never hungry!! This is great. I know I have cheated alot too but I'm starting my wpa over monday. I've been more active too which I'm proud of. MWI 181.0 !!! breakfast bowl of cantalope 1 slice bacon milk lunch dinner

oMWI 182.5 -3.5 this week wpa remaining 35 breakfast banana skim milk lunch hamburger with bun 2 pts 1/2 ear of corn tomato dinner it got really ugly here. I was invited to a party. I almost didnt go. I didnt go cause I wasnt sure if I could control my food...so i set myself up for failure i guess. I thought I could go and just eat veggies if they had a veggie tray or something. Get three and its only pizza chips and icecream. had some pizza. and then an hour later a bowl of ice cream is put in my hands...hmmm i ate it. i'm saying 11 for the pizza and 7 for the ice cream? on the plus side I did exercise today. Bad thing is this is the start of my week and I think i ate all my WPA in one sitting...i'll have to figure out what it was. I went to the gym and did 20 mintues on the eliptical!!! YEAH this is the most I've ever done onthis machine. I am so proud of myself. I remember when 5 mintues was too much. I am so pround of myself for doing 20 minutes. the last 5 minutes were really hard but i kept going!! then I did 10 minutes on the bike and lifted weights and did crunches for a while i think that I earned 4pts for the cardio and 1 pt for the rest...5pts soooo 20 wpa points today minus the 5 AP pts 15 wpa points used ugh not the way to start off the week 20 wpa remaining

Jenny, Thanks for your note in my journal. I don't see myself as skinny yet....but I'm working on it. I've been slacking lately on the AP's, so that's probably why my losses have been slowing to 0-1 lb per week instead of 2. I was hoping for 11 more lbs by the end of next month, but am starting to get discouraged. Still proud of where I am now, but wanting to be at goal for my dd's wedding on 6/25.
Your doing great too! I was my heaviest after each (of 3) pregnancies. And after the last one (who is now 15 !), it took me 4 YEARS to get rid of the weight! I wish I had Core back then!
Just remember...."slow and steady wins the race", you WILL get to the finish line!
