i thought i got the recipe from here, but i did a search and couldn't find it. here ya go!
broccoli cheese casserole
2 cups ff small curd cottage cheese 2 cups ff grated cheddar cheese 3 eggs or 3/4 cug egg substitute 3 tbsp flour 32 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and water squeezed out) salt, pepper, mrs. dash and other spices you like to taste
- combine ingredients - pour into pam-sprayed 9X9 baking dish - bake 350 for 45 minutes
voila!
the person who wrote the recipe said that she counts 1 point for the flour, but you could leave it out. or if your servings are small enough -- count zero points. for example, out of this recipe, i get about 10 servings. that's a little less than 1 tsp of flour per serving.

thanks for the recipe...cant wait to try it mwi187 i'm a little sore from yesterday. i was starving today when i woke up. Had a nice breakfast. I often wont cook just for myself and it was a nice change of breakfast. 23 wpa remaining breakfast: scrambled eggs 1 slice toast 1 wpa (22 wpa) cantaloupe cup of milk Exercise: mowed back yard (which is pretty big) ...dumped 3 40lb bags of soil in the garden and raked that and played in the dirt.lol Then pulled Kennedy around in her wagon. This afternoon I'm going to start planting my garden. Lunch: left over spaghetti snack a 100 calorie pack cookie thing my mom brought over...ugh wasnt even that good 2 pts (20 wpa remaining) Dinner: Tacos 2 wpa (i had 1 1/2 tacos) i used the leanest ground beef, ff sour cream, ff cheese, and lots of lettuce, tomato and salsa...they were really good. I used whole wheat tortillas..its a new brand I've just noticed at the grocery...they werent with the other tortillas but they have 14 grams of fiber for each one an only 70 calories water: got it all in today!! 20wpa remaining

mwi 186.5 wpa remaining 20 Breakfast cantalope 2 servings about 1/2 a cup ff cottage cheese lunch chicken salad sandwich (3wpa for the bread) 17wpa remaining an entire red pepper...maybe 2 veggie servings? i love red peppers! they are so sweet and crunchy good snack an orange 1 cup sf ff pudding dinner hamburger with 1pt bun (16) a few bbq chips 3(13) leftover from precore shopping days late night: pear I have 13 WPA left to get me through the weekend. I'd say thats pretty good

mwi 187.5 breakfast cottage cheese 1 cup of cantaloupe...only measured to make sure I got 2 servings of fruit in lunch chicken salad sandwich (1wpa) 12 wpa remaining snack you ever feel like if you dont have just a little something bad your gonna cry? LOL I was needing a treat today so instead of going to the DQ for a blizzard (the thought did cross my mind) i made this took 1 cup of strawberries and put them in the food processor...blended added 1 cup ff sf plain yogurt and about 1/3 package of sf ff chocolate pudding...all core it was fab and the best yogurt I've ever had dinner hamburger melted a tiny bit of ff cheese on top 1pt for the bun (11wpa) 1 1/2 ears of corn less than 1/2 tbs margarine 1 pt (10wpa) Today: pretty sure I got my dairy in between the yogury and ff cheese and cottage cheese..maybe a little short. I had 5 1/2 servings veggies/fruites. Whole grains: not soo good the 2 buns I ate today were at least whole wheat. Did ok on the water today...not the best. Exercise: after dinner we went for a family walk which was nice. Not too far..only around the block but we have 2 hills to go up doing that. lol

Lunch salad with grilled chicken
Dinner pot roast mashed potatos carrots and a small slice of homemade bread (my MIL is bringing bread i cant resist) strawberries and yogurt fruit dip
well, the one slice of bread worked for dinner...half the loaf was still here and she left...I cant resist this chedder bread she makes...had two more slices...ugh...I'm going to not have any more I promise myself. I cant eat bread this good..it sets me off on a bread eating binge.

official Morning WI: 186 (-5 this week!!) wpa remaining 35 breakfast cantaloup with fruit dip
lunch pot roast carrots 1/2 pear
dinner tacos tortillas 2 (33wpa)
snacks 1 bite of the oatmeal bake...it was nasty as I messed up the recipe
popcorn little dark chocolate 2pts I'm usually not a dark chocolate fan. It was leftover from easter but it actually tasted really sweet and yummy...must be my lack of sugar lately...using ap points I earned today at the gym
ouch i'm sore. Went to the gym and the doubled all the exercises I did last time...double the reps.

yes, i really like my cottage cheese mixed with pineapple, peaches or melon...yum! why does it sound strange? I know lots of people think its weird but i know lots that eat it the same as me too! LOL

No it doesn't sound strange - I've just always eaten it plain and have a hard time imagining fruit in there, haha. But I've been wanting to mix something in with it and I just might try cantaloupe!

yes its much better with fruit in it. My husband looks at me weird when I eat it but then one day I saw it packaged that way in the store...I'm sure it wouldnt be core but they have these cottage cheese packages with cottage cheese on one side and like fruit preserves on the other. Let me know how you like it.

8 pts used today feeling a little sorry for myself. I was playing with my niece today and i hurt my hip. Not sure if I sprained it or tore something or dislocated it or what...After a few minutes of major pain i could walk on it a little ...now hours later it hurts even worse. If it hurts more in the morning i'll go to the dr.
went to lunch today with my mom and sister. I ordered a salad and asked them for ff dressing and for no oil to be cooked with the chicken. Got real cheese. My mom and sister ordered this huge plate of nacho tortilla chips...It was huge. I had 3 with a tiny bit of meat and cheese on them. Really they didnt taste that good and I should have stopped at one. they were sooo salty. too salty. Then i had 3 of my dd's fries. they were good and worth it though. My mom then got a dessert for the whole table to share and i didnt even have a taste cause i knew i wouldnt be able to stop. I thought it was kinda rude of them to order it for us to share when they know i'm trying to avoid sweets like that..but its not their problem so whatever. its something I have to deal with. it was kinda sick to watch how much they ate with their sugary sodas...a big appetitzer of nachos, hamburger and fries for my mom, my sister got the chicken steak and fries, and then dessert...ok whatever its only a normal lunch out..it wasnt even a special occasion.
ok 5 pts chocolate ice cream
20 wpa remaining
pms but it shouldnt matter..i should fight these cravings.. the fight just wasnt in me tonight

take care of yourself and don't worry about lunch. get in some more dairy and maybe a veggie and enjoy every bite! get your hip checked out for sure if it's not better by tomorrow.... now....smile

started period today... So not pregnant again. We have been trying for a while and its not happening. TOday was the hardest day to be OP...I did it but caved for the ice cream. PMS got the better of me and i just didnt care and had it. this weekend is going to be tough to as I will be out of town as of tomorrow. Eating out lots but taking a few pieces or fruit for snacks. I'll do the best I can .
