I left on Friday for the "Women of Faith" retreat in Pitts. It was wonderful but also very hard eating out with 4 car loads of women. Decisions, decisions. Oh well I did the best I could. Had a wonderful time.
Friday B - poached egg and 1 slice of bread at home didn't know we were stopping at BobEvans (blueberry muffin, bowl of bananas)
L/D - Olive Garden (speg w/wheat pasta and shrimp and 1 garlic stick).
Saturday,May 21st B - Holiday Inn Breakfast buffet (scrambled egg, 1oblong french toast w 1/2 t syrup, 1 sausage patty, bowl of fruit)
L - Box lunch at arena (chicken salad inside of soft baretta, bag chips and 2 small cookies, water)
D - Everyone stopped at Sarris on the way back home (s. black raspberry ice cream cone and 1 small piece of coconut cluster. Boy this was really a challenge everyone else got sundaes with everything on it).
Sunday (hopefully get back into my routine) B = banana then off to church L = Salad w/ff cataina S = slim a bear icecream sandwhich (2pts) D = fish, corn on cob and salad S = Puffed wheat cereal 100 calorie chips ahoy (2pts)

Wednesday, May 25th. Well I am off for the next two days getting ready for the wedding so I know I will not be posting till next week. I just pray the weather is good (outside wedding).
B = Oatmeal, banana
L = Chicken Salad FF Ranch
D = Pepper and Onion Steak with Veg. and rice
Just got done cleaning for 5 1/2 hrs. Tired and ready to call it a day.

just a question...you are always so good about counting wpas, but why don't you count any for angel food cake? I know it's not Core...just curious...

This past weekend was so hectic and now with the wedding, I am lucky I remember to put it in the system. I always keep a written journal. Thanks for the blue skies and sunshiine. I hope you are right. We did go ahead and rent a covered tent with heaters just incase. In WV it has been cool in the evenings. I appreciate you reading and helping me. I maintained this week and I know the weekend will be a challenge.

Well the Wedding went well. It rained but with the tent everything went fine. I have not been good about writing down anything. So for Thursday, Fri, Sat. Sun and Monday I did not count. I did maintain last Wed weigh in so we will see what tomorrow brings.
Tuesday May 31st.
B = Oatmeal
S = Apple
L = Grilled Chicken Salad from Subway and Baked Layes (2pts.)
S = Mixed fruit (watermelon, canteloupe, grapes, strawberries)
D = Stirfry Chicken
S = Slim a Bear (3pts) Puffed Wheat Cereal

Saturday
Yard sale all day so I got alot of walking in. Had a ball. Then went to the mall. Found two tops to wear and some items for my grandbaby.
B = Egg Sandwich (1pt)
L = 1/2 Reuben sandwich on Rye and salad (8pts)
S = Small vanilla ice cream cone from McDonalds
D = Chicken Stir Fry
