Hi, This is my first time of actually putting my journal on line.
B - Oatmeal
L - Chicken Sandwich with FF Cheese and Mustard on bread (2pts.)
S - Orange, 100 Calorie Pack Oreio Thin Crisps (2pts)
D - Speg. with wheat noodles, green beans, unsweetened applesauce.
S- 100 Calorie Chips Ahoy (2pts.)
4 - 16.9 glasses of water Slow walking 30 min.

Well today starts a new day. It is going to be beautiful out today so I am hoping to walk at lunch time. Because of knee problem (had surgery) I cannot walk alot. I am taking it slow on that part. But the WW instructor said even 10 min. means alot.
This is what I have planned to eat today. I usually don't write down the water because I have 3 or 4 bottles (16.9oz) before I leave work and then I have 1 or 2 big glasses at home.
B - Oatmeal
S - Orange and Banana
L - 2 Pickled Eggs and beets Green Beans Pudding snack pack
D - 1/2 c. leftover speg Sandwich (2-35calorie bread = 1pt.), chicken, FF cheese and mustard S - Slim a Bear Reduced Fat no sugar added ice cream (3pts) Puffed Wheat/Fiber One (mixed together) cereal 100 calorie chips aloy = 2pts.)
Today seemed like I could not get satisfied. Hopefully tomorrow will be better

Yes. I looked up the points in the Dining Out under Dairy Queen and I was shocked. I think I will stick to the Slim a Bear Reduced Fat no sugar added ice cream which is only 3pts.

Monday April 18th Hopefully I will get out at lunchtime and walk.
B = Oatmeal S = Fruit Bowl (canteloupe, watermelon, grapes, banana) L = Salad with crabmeat and FF Catalina dressing S = 100 Calorie Chips Aloy = 2pts.
D = planning on fresh trout (thank goodness my husband loves to fish), peas and unsweetened applesauce.
Ended up having the fish on Bread with ketchup =1pt. for bread. Peas and the applesauce
S = Slim a Bear Kondike Icecream bar = 3pts.
Total of 6pts.
I also walked a mile and drank 8 glasses of water.

Dang! i have been using this from Dottie's Weight Loss Zone at 5 points. Maybe it is wrong. Hmmm.
I might have to stick with McD's cones, although I have eaten this from DQ regularly.
I hate it when points are unclear.

Wednesday, Apr 20th. Today has been hectic with meetings all morning. I finally got to take lunch at 12:30 and went walking. Got 1 mile in, which is good for me. Tonight is WW so I will see how I did for the week.

Thursday Apr 21 B = Oatmeal L = Tuna/Egg Sandwich with FF Miracle Whip = 1pt. Soup @ Hand - Veg Beef S = Bowl of fruit (watermelon, canteloupe, banana) D = 2 eggs, 2 sausage links (2pts), 2 bread (1pt) S = Slim a Bear Icecream (3pts), 100 Calorie Chips (2pts) Puffed Wheat/Fiber One Cereal Total 9 pts. which was too many. For some reason I could not seem to get satisfied. Try harder tomorrow.
