I am trying to catch up on my online journal. Saturday B = Turkey Salad Sandwich (1pt) S = Klondike bar (3pts) L = 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 c. pasta salad, fruit veg (all of this was at a baby shower) D = Crabs S = klondike bar (3pts)
Sunday---off to visit grandbaby (no kondike bars) for the week. B = Turkey salad sandwich (1pt) L = Burger from Burger King (?) Baked Lays S = 100 calorie choc chips D = Chicken, potatoes
Monday B = Puffled wheat cereal S = Fruit bowl L = Salad (chicken ff catalina), 100 calorie oreo (2pts) D = Steak, potatoes, corn S = 100 calorie chips ahoy
Tuesday B = Puffed wheat cereal S = Fruit bowl L = Salad, 1slice bread w/peanut butter (lightly) D = 2 hotdogs

Friday and Saturday---It is really hard to concentrate on what to eat when you are at someone elses home for a week. But here is what I ended up having for these two days.
Friday B = Puffed Wheat Cereal/banana S = 100 Calorie Oreo (2pts) L/D = Speg with Chicken, garlic bread S = Orange Fluff
Saturday B = Puffed Wheat Cereal L = Tuna Sandwich on bread (1pt) D = Popcorn

Wednesday B = Oatmeal, mixed fruit L = Salad D = Leftover stir fry S = 2 Klondike Bars (slim a bear) 6pts. Then went to WW to get WI and I was so happy. Now I have a total of 52 1/2 lbs. since Jan. This program really works.

Thursday Not sure about today. We are having a luncheon so I will just pick items that are core and see what I end up with.

L = I picked Chicken, salad and a small choc. chip cookie from the luncheon.

Grandma, Just read your journal.....you have such determination and willpower and dedication to Core!!! Your weight loss journey is astounding, Congratulations!!!!
I wish I could eat as little as you and make it through a day!! I, unfortunately need all my snacks usually.

Thank you so much for the compliment. I do not know how to respond to each of you that wrote to me above. I really appreciate the comments. I have been watching my grandson (3months) and enjoying the week so I am behind on my on line journal. I do keep a written one.I am alittle off schedule with staying home and close to the kitchen. I went to WW last night and lost 1 more lb. for a total of 53 1/2. All of my family are so surprised by how well I am doing and they are soooo supportive. They have watched me for yrs. trying and failing. Core is what I choiced from day one and have stuck to it. That does not mean that I don't have a day when I am off as you will see from this wks. journal. Thanks again and good luck also.

I did not count points and I just wrote down what I ate.
