Weighed in this morning, down 2.6 lbs!
Total of 8.2 lbs in 3 weeks..gotta love the Core!

This was my first WI since joining a meeting. I has been an online member but felt like I needed extra support and accountability. I dropped 2.6 pounds!

weigh-in: 7:30 Am
Down 2.4 this week.
Long story short, I started @ 213.8 was down to 172.2 (41.6) went off WW in October 2004, after being on since August 2003, (never missing a meeting), gained 18 back in about 3-4 months, went back January 8 at 193.4 now 188.80. This was my fourth week back. My weight will come off very slow now, because all my changes were made the first time around.
However, I am now on core, 1.8 last week and now another 2.4 off this week. Yeah Core.

another 2.4 lost for a total of 7.2 pounds for January (on core). Since rejoining in October I have lost a total of 18.8 pounds. I was going over my totals thinking I had lost more on flex but I see I was mistaken. I only lost 12.6 on flex for 3 months and 7.2 just for Jan. I'm a lifer over goal trying to get to 150. Only 56.6 more to go!!! I will do it with Core and this Board ;D

Saturday, January 29th weigh-in.....Another 1.5 lbs. gone! January on Core was a very good month for me....13.5 lbs ! 33.5 to go!
Now if I can just get as excited about exercise as I do about eating great Core food!!

Down .4 lbs today. I was hoping for a better loss but I am motivated to persevere this week and hopefully it will show up next week. I may have had a little too much popcorn this week. Popcorn is one of those foods that I have trouble knowing when I am satisfied. I may abstain from popcorn this week and see what happens

Down 2.2 this morning, and I made goal.
And the sun is shining! And I'm cooking all day for a party tomorrow, which I'm really looking forward to, so all in all, this is looking like a terrific weekend.

my own doing~~~ gained 2 lbs since last WI.
I went ahead and had a piece of my bd cake (jan 27) then mom got married the next day. I've had a rough time pushing that sugar monster away this time.

If the rest of the month of February can be as good as the first week, I'll be estatic !
Weight loss for the week: 3 lbs !
Start: January 1, 2005 - 177 Today: February 5, 2005 - 160.5
It must be the added exercise ! I did Bikram Yoga for the first time last week, and did the treadmill and exercise bike for 1 hour (40 min treadmill + 20 min bike) 2x

Great Job Everyone!!! I was down 0.6lbs this week. I've been on core since Jan 8th and I'm very pleased with the 8.6lbs total for the month. I think core is going to be the key for me

Great job, everyone!
I am down 1 lb, for a total of 5 lbs in a month, at the same time as I quit smoking!! Did you hear that horn blowing?? ;D
This was the 2nd week in a row that I hopped on the scale on Saturday for a "progress report" before my officiial WI on Monday, and the 2nd week that Monday's weight was higher.
After ceaseless internal debate last week, I decided to stick with the Monday weight, even though it would keep me from my first 5 lbs off. This week I decided to switch my weigh in day to Saturday. I wish I knew why Saturday's weight was better than Monday's! On Friday night I went out for supper (chicken souvlaki), had a glass of wine, and had popcorn for a snack. Last night I had pasta, gallons of H2O, and avoided the popcorn because I didn't want to retain fluids.
Mind you, there isn't a huge difference between WI, but it was enough to keep me from my first 5 lbs, which was really going to bother me this week.

Well, I feel good about losing, but disappointed that it was only 1 lb. It did push me into the 150's though, so that's GRRRREAT !! Start 1/1/05: 177 Today 2/12/05: 159.5 Another 1 lbs lost! Total lost: 17.5 lbs !!! YAAAAAYYYYYY ;D
