Gained 1.5 this week. I had a couple of bad days, and last night we went to a concert and I didn't make the best food choices. Starting fresh today!!

Down .2lb this week. I'm pretty happy with that considering this is my PMS time, and I had a couple of splurges over the holiday weekend.

Gained .1lb this week. Almost thru with Tom, and I did more strenght training workouts than usual. Lost a couple of inches here and there, tho!

gained nearly the whole three pounds I lost over the last 2 weeks. What gives? AAAAH

I know the scale isn't everything, but I did want to lose more for weigh in. I have such a good week being a CORE follower (Ok, we did have Chinese and apple pie on Tuesday) and I was an amazing exerciser. I wonder if I am one of those people who lose weight slowly. This is my 4th month ended now, but my first week ACTUALLY following Core. Do you keep track of the points for the 35? Maybe I should. I hate writing stuff down. Can you give me a pep talk? I need one today. Good news: I bought the Turnaround Cookbook and went shopping with it. We are going to have salmon, soup, and a chicken dish this week. All from recipes from the book.

As of Saturday, I was down 1.4 pounds for a grand total of 16.5 pounds. Start 3/11/06: 186.5 8/12/06: 170.0 Mental Note: stay OP

One week back on Core, and I lost 1.6 pounds. I am kind of disappointed, but I did stay OP (with maybe two or three tiny slips here and there, but nothing major -- I may have used an extra ten points during the week), and I feel like I'm starting to lose, so I'm not too disappointed.
