After a 3 week absence from ww, I got maintained my weight. While I was not completely following core, I did make decent choices suring this stressful time and I'm lookingo forward to re-committing to the program.

I weigh in on Saturdays...i've had consistent weight loss since starting 5 weeks ago. This past sat (it was a not so good week) i lost .9 lbs. BUT it got me to my 5 lb. bookmark. wooooo hoooo I started at 177 and am now 171.2 CORE ROCKS!!! ;D

Lost 2lbs this week....very happy after gaining .5 last week. Sue, I can totally sympathize with you. I quit smoking in August of 2001 (had been smoking about 15 years), and I can remember wanting to eat everything in sight just to keep from lighting up again. But I didn't try to diet at that time, so you are a real trooper for being able to do that! Hang in there...it WILL get easier.

Loss 1/2 pound this week. Not a lot, but a 1/2 pound is a 1/2 pound. Hoping for at least 1 pound loss next week. Need to drink more of my water and to exercise more.

Woohoo, lost 1.5lb and that made me hit 10lb total loss! Off to Bath & Body Works for my reward! ;D

Down 2.8 today. That was for 2 weeks as was sick last Sat. and didn't go to a meeting. For a total of 17.8 lbs. Yahoo!!

Stayed the same. Didn't get all my water in. DH had surgery on Thursday and that wasn't a good day for me. Rosie

Stayed the same this week I need to make more effort with the whole 8 great health guidelines thing, maybe that will make a difference. Gonna go measure and see if I see a difference there. There's always next week!

I tried Flex this week to see how I did, and gained .5lb. Back to Core!

Lost 2LB this week...purely because tom is over and because I've had a cold all week and no appetite. Now to see if I can keep that off, and then some!
