Congats Debbie! Good job!
I am up 1.5 lbs, a combo of approaching TOM, and a heck of a week at work, which I self medicated with chips and candy. I wish I could say that it made it all better, but it didn't! (big surprise, huh?) I also came nowhere near getting my water in. All in all it isn't a surprise, and I am back on track now.

Down 5.4 this week for a total of 13.8 (in 3 wks). I am so totally amazed because I feel like I'm eating all the time. I have also been able to reduce the amt. of insulin I take, which I think accounts for a lot of it. I'm sure next week will be less because body will be stabilizing to new way of eating. Anyway, I'm euphoric!!! And having normal blood sugars for 3 weeks in a row is worth doing the program for me, even if I lost nothing.

Congrats Debbie!
I weighed 191 this morning, so I'm down another 2.5lb's! I'm really surprised because I cheated SEVERAL times this past week. Must mostly be my exercise and water this time around!
So my total loss is now 7lb's, so I got the 5lb red star on the WW site, haha! Oh, and I finally fixed a ticker!!

Weighed in at my meeting this morning, lost 1.8 (which seems to be my default loss amount and I am not complaining at all) for a total of 20.6 since January 3rd.
And I'm going to go shopping today. My mother gave me a JC Penney gift card for my birthday and I need some jeans that fit.

Susan, don't worry about .4, it and more will be gone next week I am sure! By all means do not let it become more important than it is and end up undermining all your good efforts because it bummed you out! Sarpon, WTG!! Have fun shopping! Your progress is amazing! I myself have maintained AGAIN this week!! I guess I need to hunker down and follow the program to the letter! I know that I didn't get my water into me very well this week, and that is probably why I stayed the same. Oh well, at least I am not gaining!!

Saturday, February 26 WEIGH IN DAY ! START 1/1/05 - 177 TODAY, 2/19/05 - 155.5 Total Lost this week 1 Total Lost this year 21.5 ;D Strange.....I'm only a little disappointed in not losing more than 1. I thought I'd be frantic! My only dread is a plateau. Having a very important time-related goal is probably not a good idea, but that's me...if I'd started getting serious about losing this weight back in September, I'd be alot further along by now. Well, I'm still happy with the way things are going. 21.5 down, the wedding plans coming together, and I'm actually fitting in clothes that I haven't worn in 3-4 years (nice to have more than one pair of pants that fit!! I'm up to 3 now!!) Best wishes & much luck to everyone else on the weigh-in's. Debbie

Jo-elle, sometimes no gain is as good as a loss, and especially when you're still newly smoke free, every week that you maintain is a glorious victory. Re-read the program basics, get yourself an insulated water bottle to keep with you and sip out of all day long, and make the program work for you this week. You can do it, I know you can.

I gained .5lb this week. I was really evil all week tho and didnt really stick to it, but I did do my workout 3 times and was religous about my water or it would have been worse I guess. So now I just have to imagine how good next week could turn out if I do all that AND only eat what I'm sposed to!!
