Stayed the same this week, after MIL's visit w/the evil white cheddar cheetos. Ready to be back OP!

Weighed in yesterday after a 2 month lapse and was down .4!! So at least i didn't gain, and i am READY for the rest of my life!!!!

Hi everyone! I missed WI this week (too tired couldnt' get out of bed, etc etc) all excuses b/c I knew I would be up. It's temporary water weight, I'm sure, but my delicate psyche couldn't take it anyway, just wanted to post in and say hello. Glad the board is back! jeanne

I was expecting to miss my meeting this week, but due to a rearrangement of travel plans I was able to go. Down 1.2. One more meeting and I'll fill my first card without missing any meetings -- never done that beofre in all the times I've been a member. Maybe that's a good sign?

I bought one of those WW scales last week, so this is my first week using that one for WI. When I bought it I compared the scales, and the new one seemed to be approx 1.3lb higher than the old one. This morning it read 185.8, but I decided to just count that and record a .3 gain. I figure it'll all come out in the wash.

Up .4 this week, and I've decided to try Flex for a while, starting today. I HATE counting every single point. But I'm hoping it'll make me more accountable so that I won't cheat at easily! ;D
