I'm doing pretty great so far. I'm 6 points away from my weekly goal of 25 APs and I've gotten my fifth point on my star this week.
Hopefully the rain will stay away for a while so I can get my walks in. While I'm enjoying my time on the treadmill, I love my walks in nature.

Everyone is doing beautifully! Keep it up, all! I got in another 65 minutes on the LifeCycle today. Love it!

Great workout today. After 30 minute cardio warmup, I had my weekly session with my trainer. I reached personal best on three exercises and we moved further on the progession of Olympic lifts. Feeling strong...

Gave the elliptical machine a go today. Once I got my "sea legs," it was quite fun. I did about an hour, most of it at high intensity. I was knackered afterward...and hungry

Hi, all! I did 68 minutes (!) at high intensity on the LifeCycle. I think I'm going to try the elliptical next week, just for fun.
Glad to see you all doing well. . . .

I earned my first star on the Active Lifestyle Challenge. Yes! This is good. ;D
This week has been a challenge to eat Core because I'm out of town on business - not a lot of control over what I get to eat. It has really helped to know that I can keep walking, doing Tai Chi and earn those 30 minutes a day.

Angel, maybe I'm more "balance-challenged" than most people. It took me a few tries to find my balance on the elliptical machine--I hated it for a long time. Today was the first time I pushed myself on it, and it was fun. It's not just the elliptical...my first attempt at the treadmill was like an episode of "I Love Lucy."

Today I had time to squeeze in a quick bike ride before work. I'm feeling optimistic about weighing in tomorrow.

I see Becky. I can't stand the ellipitical trainer. It always hurts my knees. Thankfully we have a treadmill at home.
Yesterday I got in 100 minutes of moderate walking and I hope to get in some today.

I took yesterday off, but this morning I did the 3 mile WATP. This afternoon I will be taking a long walk with my Girl Scout troop. Looks like everyone is doing great. Good job Diss on your first star. I keeps getting easier!

After my good weigh-in (-3.2) and a hearty breakfast, I was in the mood to work out. 30 minutes cardio and 40 minutes of strength training.

Hi, everyone. This board is really helping me to get moving. In spite of being out of town on business and eating mostly buffet style, I still lost 1/2 lb this week. Yiipppppeeee! I know that the 30 minutes a day really helped. Plus, I feel so much better. Today I'm planning Tai Chi this morning and WATP this afternoon. Keep movin'!!!!

I've haven't been doing so well lately, took a couple days off. I woke up this morning and did the Firm Body Sculpting System 2. It was a lot easier than the other Firm DVD I tried. It was longer, but I could keep up with the steps. We are leaving for the weekend, I'd better pack a couple of DVDs. We have 2 Easter dinners on Sunday. Wish me luck!
