Thanks Pookie! I am old to WW and brand new at Core. Needed a change to "kick it up a notch" and get the last of this weight off! I have been afraid to try Core, but now I am wondering what I have been waiting for!! I guess my next weigh in will tell me, huh? In the mean time I am enjoying extra fruit at night without giving it a passing thought AND eating less all day without even realizing it b/c I am listening to my tummy instead of being OBSESSED with points!
LOVE the boards!!!!

Thanks for the recipe

I finally got a crockpot that a chicken will fit in, so tried this today but only had chicken legs. It was good and I am looking forward to cooking a whole chicken in this too. It is nice to avoid turning on the oven It is just too hot to do so during the Texas Summer
