Up .6 now I know the value of exercise. With it being colder and rainy here I haven't been riding my bike. So no exercise except for walking at work. Gotta figure out something I like to do.

Ish, I am up 2 pounds. I know exactly why and know what I need to do to change that from up to down. I now know there isn't a Halloween candy I don't like. Oh well on to a new Clean week. Have a great week Thursday weighers.
