I go to a meeting on thursdays for the official result and I was down 3 pounds on 1/27. This will be a nice way for me to track my progress. Thank you!

I go to meetings on Thursdays and I actually zero'd in this week . A little disappointing but I've been doing this long enough to realize that I just have to let it go.

Hello Thursday Corbies! I went to my mtg on 1/27 and was down 2.4!!! This week with BlondieKate's challenges maybe I will lose again. I rarely do two weeks in a row. I am the tortoise... what can you do Good luck for the rest of the week.... jeanne

Im done with the first week of core. Im so stressed about going today. I really hope that I just didnt gain anything. That is the only think Im expecting out of this week. I know that if I didnt lose its ok. Im just stressed because I tried slim fast several times and actually gained on it. I had heard wonderful things about WW so I decided to go for it. Im very busy and thats why I decided to do Core. NO counting every little thing. I was always horble at math anyway. So Ill come back and let you all know how it went. Just keeping my fingers crossed till 10

Just came back from my meeting 2/3 .Was down 2lbs for a total of 38.4 Onderland is getting closer ;D

I was down another 1.6 today at my 3rd weigh in. That's a total of 3.8 in 3 weeks. I am in the middle of moving and I tried core because I knew I didn't have time to count points and keep a journal. I am very surprised that I've lost weight every week since I know I am stress eating, but it's healthy foods. The core plan is wonderful!

to my great surprise I lost another 1.2 this week. I too am a slow loser so any progress makes me glad!

Getting closer to my "personal" goal Lost 1 pound this week(2/3) and now I have 1.6 to go. Keep cheering and wish me luck. I love core!!

So my leader has told me that she believes I've plateau'd I zero'd in again She suggested the following: 1) Switch plans 2) Journal 3) Weigh & Measure this week I'm going to weigh & measure...

Sandy, This happened to me. How long has it been?. I stalled for 3 weeks and finally moved. I started to write doen all mt extra (35) points.. Sometimes we think were not using all of them and it can add up fast. Hang in there I know it can frustrate you . It will start moving again. Cindy
