Experiment officially over. I'm down 3.2 this week as a result of following the program as it was meant to be. It feels so good to get back to "normal" eating. Wow healthy is now normal. I went to the DR yesterday and she gave me a slip to set my goal at 175, but encouraged me to try to get to WW range. She is a WW member herself and looks fantastic. Boy if that isn't a testimony of how good the program is. Not only is she a DR, but she is a member. Planty I hope this week has gone better for you. Raising a family on a tight budget is no picnic. Good for you Katelight!! I know that I too now think of eating NORMAL as the core program. Im going to go to WI today If Im up Im up if Im down woohoo!! I just put my ring in to be sized so I need toget back on track so I dont have to size it up. Well Ill let ya all know how it went later on today.

Im down .8 The leader said that one bottleof water weighs a pound. I had drank almost two before WI. Sooo that makes me feel better about last week. Its amazing how much things weigh in you belly. I would have never thought two waters would have caused a weight gain.

Down another 3.2 this week which gave me an even 65 lost. I only have 5 to my DR.'s permission goal, but 10 more from that for my personal goal. Funny comment from my neighbor the other day. He works odd shifts and I rarely see him, but as I was putting my bike away for the night he called over "Hey skinny where did you put the rest of you." I thought it was a nice compliment and really funny. You would have to know him to understand his sense of humor. Have a great week everyone.

It hasn't been a good couple of WI's. I went up 1.8 both weeks. Its not a surprise though. I ate terribly, didnt' count my WPA's and went nuts at a wedding. I think I DRANK about a month's worth of WPA's.
But its over...I'm starting fresh, not worrying about it, just looking forward!
How are you other Thursday ladies doing?

Only down .2 but I'm deffinately not complaining. Our boys were home for a wedding (they both live out of state). Our girls were here also(they live in their own homes in the area). We had a great time and there was too much food and a strawberry daqurri involved. (I almost never drink and when I do it hits me like a mac truck). So of course I retained fluid. So back to reality this week. Have a great week everyone.
