xenagoddess, feeling your pain I don't know much about the maintenance; maybe your body's just normalizing... It still stinks! Didn't go to meeting last night, but I weighed myself at home. No change from last week. I guess it's better than a gain, but argh! still frustrating. How's everyone else?

I just wanted to check in because I go to meetings on Thursday evenings for my WI. This week was a really bad WI (I won't even post it) but I think I know what the problem was. My leader recommended a different eating pattern and I truly think I went overboard on the amount of food I ate trying to get the balance she talked about.
Anyways, it's vacation week for DH and I so I've been trying to plan out our meals. We're not taking a trip anywhere. I'm also hoping we can still get our exercise in even though I usually do it first thing in the morning and he does it after dinner.

I'm down another 1.8lbs. But I'm really excited about the new bike I bought. I havn't been on a bike in 20 years. My goal is to ride it around the lake we live near by the end of the summer. 20mi or so. Also to ride to work during warmer days, too cold right now.

planty, get in touch with your local police department. Ours has auctions on all the recovered stolen bikes and you can get a real bargain!!

hi there,
i have been going to different meetings becuase i now have a buddy to work this process with! hooray!!
i lost 2.6 pounds this week.
and i messed up the ticker below trying to reflect this progress. i'm down 8 pounds with around 40 to go to be rapturous, 30 to be pretty darn pleased!!

I stayed the same this week. My meeting is at 12:30 and I can't wait that long to eat. I think next week I will go to the 9:30 one. That way I can eat a light breakfast until I returm.

BUMMER I am up .6 this week. This is the first gain since I joined in October. I know exactly why I had the gain. Major war with some frosting. I lost the battle and gained the weight, along with a major headache, stomacache, and general hangover like symptoms. Tomorrow is a new day and I am back on plan.

good morning thursday-ites,
i am bouncing all over the calendar with meetings because of my nutty work schedule. i went to a 7am meeting and i am NOT a morning girl!!
but i am down another 1.8...slightly frustrated that it wasn't a full 2 pounds becuase that would have put me at the big 10 pound loss but i'll get there.
i wanted to mention that i have really boosted my exercise in the past couple of weeks and i feel good about that. upped cardio from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes (at least most days) and really commmitted to resistance work 3x/week. i think it helps.

yippee skippee !!
I lost another 1.8, which according to ww puts me at 11.6 pounds lost. I'm really pleased. I think eating more, core, food is helping me.
