just thought I'd finally get around to posting my WI from thursday. it was a bummer -- +0.6 But i did WI in different clothes which may have been a little heavier. Still plugging away here. slow slow slow. trying not to be discouraged. I have to change my ticker

Cindy, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I forgot I posted on this thread. Words of wisdom... follow the program, drink water, excersise and HAVE FUN. I'm being selfish and doing this totally for me. I'm having the time of my life. I feel so healthy, and content with the food choices that I have and make. Good luck . You can do this.

The train has left the station.
[glow=red,2,300]-1.8[/glow] this week which isn't bad for cleaning out the refrigerator of all non-Core foods so that I wouldn't have to throw it away.
I also tried on my size 42 jeans this morning. I could button them but they were not comfortable yet. Maybe next week.

Down another 0.8 # this morning! That's a total of 4.4 pounds in 4 weeks. Considering that I've been packing and cleaning for a move and getting my home ready for an open house this weekend.....I am very pleased. I don't think I could have stayed on Flex. Also, I've been overeating a bit, but only Core foods. Core rocks!

Okay, Thursday buddies, so I went to my WI tonight and gained this time--just .4 but it was still a gain. My leader looked over my paper journal and said it all looked fine to her. She's a proponent of balancing your meals and your days so my plan for this week is to use 5 WPAs a day and I also need to give her a paper journal again.
This is tough!

Yay whoooo Down another 2.lbs I'm now down 40.4 pounds all together . ;D 20lbs to go to onederland. My anniversary is Sat and were going in to the city for dinner and a play.Than I have a shower and another dinner this week. but I'm determined to make good choices.
Kate, Thanks I'm glad your so successful!! I am also doing this for me this time.Attitude is half the battle Right?

Eventhough today is Friday WI was last night and am down another 2.6 lbs. Makes 45 total and I an officially in onederland YAHOO!!! For the first time I can remember, I weigh less than my husband.

I'm going to a morning meeting today since I have an appointment this afternoon and don't want to have to rush.
I am wearing my lucky pants today. I tried them on this morning and they are comfortable!
I'm down 4.2 this week for a total of 6! Core Rocks!

Hello everyone...new to Kippy's boards & I love them. ;D I do WW at work and they can't come today so not meeting or WI...but last week I was down 1.4 and then weighed myself Fri. on my home scale to get "the number"....WI this morning at home, down 1 lb.! AHHHHH...I have gained 1.5 lbs in the last two weeks and I am trying to maintain. Why is this so bloody hard? It makes me nuts. It feels so much harder to maintain then to lose. Sorry for the vent...thanks for listening.
