Hi everybody. I'm sick today...sore throat, congestion. I think I have what's been going around. Stayed the same this week. This next week, I'll probably have a gain...much celebrating (i.e., eating out) to do.

:-/I had my first gain this week since on CORE. I am up .4 lbs The kids have been home on March break so I have had to struggle with being out of routine.

I was down 5.8 at my weigh in today............BUT I was very sick all week and wasn't eating or keeping anything down. I did make my 10% so I'll take it!!

I'm back (yay)! With a gain (boo)! But that's to be expected from my behavior in New Orleans. I'm glad it's only a pound. Back to the program! Hope you had a wonderful week and are looking forward to a great weekend.

Dang it...I was up 1.4 lbs at weigh in this morning. I haven't been able to stay for the meetings for the past two weeks. I miss them.

Hi Jost and Simpson ~
I'm reporting in to say that in the last 2 weeks, I'm up 5 pounds. And no, I'm sure it's not water weight or TOM or any other excuse I might conjure up. It's eating too much food and not getting enough exercise. I have mentally rededicated to this great program and to my fitness goals. Going off plan and not exercising does not feel good at all. The guilt is awful. 5 pounds is manageable, more than that, the clothes aren't going to fit. They fit now, but differently. Summer is coming. These are the things I told myself as I gave myself a good butt-kicking.
Anyway, after the attitude adjustment, I'm excited about what lies ahead. I just thought I'd check in and fess up.

I'm sorry to hear about the gain, but I am excited that you are rededicating yourself to the plan and to exercise. Those 5 pounds will be work, but you'll be looking and feeling great in no time!

Hi Friday weighers! I'm down 2.6 this week with a total of 26 lbs!! I know what you mean about the exercise Graciejones....I keep meaning to start but keep putting it off. I need to follow your lead and get an attitude asjustment about exercise. Its great to lose the weight but I'm feeling kind of flabby so some exercise would help to tone. Congratulations to you all that are continuing to stick to the program!
