Good morning Chickie and Simpson ~ Congratulations on your losses!
My scale stayed the same this week. Confession: I am a daily weigher, although I only "count" the weight that appears on Friday mornings. I find it interesting, not discouraging, to see the daily fluctuations. One thing I noticed about this past week was that each and every day all week the scale said 140. It didn't dip down or slide up by even a fraction. That's very unusual for me. Just interesting, that's all.

My weigh in today showed a .1 loss. I guess it is something especially considering I have not drank my water this week or followed the program as closely as I should.
Time to get serious again... (didn't I say that last week?)

Simpson ~ You just keep losing and losing. You're doing awesome.
My scale stayed the same again. It sure moves slowly the closer I get to goal. I am so confident in my eating, exercising, and Core in general, that I am honestly not stressed when I don't see it move weekly. It'll happen.

GJ: It's kind of strange to me. It's starting to slow, and I figure it'll stall the closer I get to goal. Perhaps I keep losing because my goal is too high? I've seen some sites that list someone 5'1" as being 99 pounds...which is absurd to me. I haven't weighed that since grammar school...but maybe that's because I grew up eating junk...?
It's great that you're happy with your lifestyle. I am too - I find it a joy to be able to eat and create food. That is worth it's weight (haha) in gold.

Simpson ~ You might not experience a plateau the closer you get to goal. You might just keep steadily plodding along. We just need to keep telling ourselves that we're not in a hurry. I'm not sure what your goal weight is, but 99 pounds seems awfully low for someone who is 5'1". My 15 year old DD is 5'1 and weighs 98 pounds and she is very very thin. She wears a size 1 jeans.

Down 0.4 lbs today... a bit disappointing, but I lost a whole bunch the first two weeks, and I don't have much to lose before I get back to my Lifetime weight... so I guess it's ok. Plus, I'm eating super healthy, and exercising 5 days/week. I'm happy! ;D

Jen - me too....down.4 this week. I am close to TOM & didn't drink as much water this week. I also only made it to the gym 1 time this week. I am however happy w/any loss & no gains. Back on track this week & counting 12 days until vacation!!!

GJ: It's definitely not 99 pounds, that's for sure! I'm using the goal that WW gave me. I haven't been there since freshman year of high school. I figure I'll go until I stop and that will be good for me, as long as I'm being healthy!!
