WAHOOOOO!!! DOWN -2.5 POUNDS!!! The gain last week WAS my TOM. YAY!!!
Total loss to date: 12.5. I'm .5 away from 10%.

I have not been strictly on program the past week or two, although I realized that I was still making lots of healthy and core food choices. I didn't weigh in on Friday because I was off of work (I use the scale in the nurse's office) so I ran in and weighed first thing this morning. I was down 3.5 pounds! Go figure!
I am back on program and although I was expecting a gain, this loss helped me remotivate myself. Only 9 more pounds to go until I reach my 10% goal!

Good morning!
Just weighed myself. I'm down a pound! AND I've reached 10%!
Month 1: -1, -1.5, -2, -2 Month 2: -2, -2, +.5, -2.5 Month 3: -1
Interesting...I got up at 3 (cause I couldn't sleep) and weighed myself. I was the same as I was last week. Went back to bed and weighed myself at the normal time and was down a pound.

Weigh in this morning....down 2.6 lbs 16.2 to date on CORE!!
I am still doing the real food challenge and having great success, but I have not been keeping up my journal here as I have been busy.....in process of home building planning, but I am still here and reading posts and being inspired by you all!!

Hi! I've been lurking here for a few days... Love the recipes, food ideas, and the support! After two days on Core, my sugar addiction was completely under control, and so were the munchies. I did get the munchies last evening... but tamed them with popcorn, carrots, and sugar-free popsicles. Goodbye candy hearts, mike & ikes, and skittles. I just don't want that sugar anymore! I haven't felt hungry or deprived all week, and thought for sure I would not post a loss. I'm just so happy to be eating a healthy, nutritious diet. Well, guess what? I just weighed in and lost 4 lbs. on my first week on Core! ;D I was bloated and icky on my first weigh in, so I will claim 2 lbs. as water weight, and 2 lbs. as real. Core is The Best!

I had to weigh in on Monday instead of last Friday because I was off on Friday and I weigh in on the scale at work.
I was down .9 pound this week. I'll take that!
I have set a short term goal of my reaching my 10% goal by March 19th. That means about 8 more pounds to go.
