Friday is my weigh-in day (I decided to change from Monday, so today reflects about a week and a half of work) - and I was down 1.5! I'm down a total of 2.5 since starting Core - and I am so thrilled.
Who else is in the Friday club??

Jost ~ Holy Cow, Congratulations! I bet you're floating on air, as well you should!
Simpson - just out of curiousity, why did you switch from Monday to Friday? I did because I find that I don't do as well with getting in my water on the weekend, and if I have a couple of glasses of wine on the weekend evenings, the scale has reflected it on Monday's weigh-in, even though I didn't go over my WPAs. Then, on Tuesday, and into Wednesday, the scale would drop back down. I'm just experimenting, as well as committing to drink more water on the weekend. I think they go hand-in-hand for me.

I tend to be more social during the weekend...have a drink or two and host a "dinner with friends" party on Sunday night. The sheer weight of what I'm intaking doesn't really reflect the efforts of the rest of the week. Granted, I'm not being horrible, but I feel like I am definitely letting a little loose on the weekends. I would like my WI be at the beginning of that kind of splurge rather than the end.

I was off program all last week, but decided to weigh in on Friday and face the consequences. I was up .2 pounds. I am back on OP starting today (Satudary)!

Up .5 pound. Bleh.
Could be TOM. Could be strength training is finally kicking in. Could be that I was bad this week, but I don't feel like I ate particuarly bad this week. Oh well...see what happens next weigh in.
