Hey Cathy - good for you! You're getting close I weighed in this morning, still 3.5 over goal but down 3 from when I weighed myself at home last week. With Passover and being home all week with my sick boy I was happy to have gone down. Onward and downward! Hope everyone has a great weekend. -Beth

;D Yeah!!!!!!!!!! I weighed in last night, and did a lot better than I thought. I lost 4.4 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! This is very motivating. I had a little trouble deciding if I was going to do core or Points. I did a combination (which I am not promoting) and was still pleasantly suprised.
I am looking forward to a great week. Good luck all!

Checking back in again...I saw an all time high on the scale, panicked and was back on track again the next morning. From that high...the next morning (whew) four pounds or five were gone. Since those left I have dropped 3 more. So...going in the right direction...but there are still so MANY pounds to lose! Oh well...doing it for the right reasons so...that is good.
I am counting points this first week backon track. And, think I will continue to do so for awhile. I am using the points from the very first points program so...have more than enough to play with.

I can't believe I've been "gone" so long -- nearly two months! I'm glad to see that this challenge is alive and well. I, however, am practically back up to my January 2 weight. Time to get back on program! I've been doing well with the food since Sunday and feel so much more positive and in control.
My goal this week is to stay on track until Sunday, then to have a breather to enjoy two special meals. I'm sticking to Core, and making sure that if I want a little "extra" such as extra oil or a glass of wine, that I'm covering it with APs. My goal is to be within 5 pounds of my goal weight on June 2 (that losing 3 pounds). But even more, I'd like to start feeling toned and fit by exercising more regularly!

Hi, Coco!! Welcome back! It's never to late to join a challenge. I myself am pretty happy it lasts until the beginning of June! I stayed the same at WI last night, which is good considering the weekend I had. I was a little disappointed but I'm over it. My clothes feel good and I feel good. I feel I'm back on track and need to stay there. For once in my WW life I'd like to lose 3 weeks in a row... ;D .. but that day may come. I have a lot of parties/eating affairs happening over the next week and must stay on track.

I am new to Kippys and will take the challenge. I love the core plan and have lost 22 1/2 lbs in the 7 weeks I have been on core. I am always looking for new ideas and recipes as well. Anyway, my goal is to get more exercise and stay on plan.

Hi, Tracie! Welcome to the challenge. It's been a challenge to get everyone to post here at Kippy's lately but I guess we're all busy. Great job on your weight loss !

Hey all-
I'm moving along, once again up a few pounds and trying to lose it. I've been yo-yoing with 5-7 pounds over the last 6 months and I really need to get it off and keep it off. I was back at goal right before spring break but now have gained again. I'm on the way down though, I've already lost 2 this week.
Found out I have tendonitis in my foot, I injured it during a charity walk last weekend. I was told no walking, running, spinning, etc. for 4-6 weeks. I tried the stationary bike at the gym the other day and that seemed to be okay. But my gym was dreadfully hot. I think I'll try and get out on my actual bike since we have such nice weather.
Otherwise, not much else. Things are a little stressful at home with DH still out of work. Mother's Day this weekend involves eating all day, of course. I'll try and get some exercise in the morning though.
Hope everyone is doing well. Welcome to the newcomers!
-Beth

I took a break...too long of a break. I am going to get back on track now that I have a functioning stove and oven. I am kind of wondering what the situation will be like locally and whether or not my daughter will be able to fly into the airport and spend the two weeks with us planned...that does NOT make staying on program easier for me...as I am a stress eater. I do think that I need to get more fruits into the house and some fresh vegetables and will do that probably tomorrow if my husband makes it home from abroad since some roads in the country have been closed down.
Anyway...more than you wanted to know.
I am going to get back on track...I really and truly am...just am not sure what time and on what day.

Hi, all! Remember me??? I'm baaaack! LOL My timeline of weight loss and Lifetime "history" is listed in my signature. This is my second restart and hopefully my last. I had been posting on the WW Core board for the past week, but tired of the negativity. I'm so glad the light bulb went off and I returned here! I would love to join you all in the challenge, even though I'm really late in the game. I have to run out for a bit this evening, but will check back later to post my plans and goals for now thru June! Happy to have found you again!!! ;D

This weekend will be a hard one for me. We are going up north to my dbf cabin with his family and we usually all eat really well(not healthy though). I will be bringing some of my own food. We will be fishing a lot ( I don't like to eat fish but love to catch them) and they will probably have fish on saturday night and my dbf and I will have steak. He doesn't eat fish either. So I bought a beef tenderloin for me and he got a delmonico. I am bringing an english muffin, canadian bacon and fat free cheese and eggs so I can have a egg mcmuffin for breakfast and my low fat high fiber bread and natural choice (no preservatives) ham for a sandwich at lunch. They always have microwave popcorn in the evening so I will also bring my 94% fat free popcorn. I am also bringing up a watermelon for snacking on for all of us. But it's still going to be hard because they will be eating the good stuff. Plus, we always have drinks at the campfire so I will be bringing light beer (I am not usually a beer drinker, but mixed drinks use too many points). I need to check out marshmallows. I know they are fat free, but if I have a couple, it will probably be a point or two. Good thing I still have about 21 wpa left. But we will be out on the paddle boat so that will be a little bit of exercise for me. This is actually the first challenging time for me since I startd ww. I hope I do well.

Hi, everyone! Nice to hear from you.
Hi, Beth! I can so relate to hanging on to 5-7 lbs. That is just want I am doing right now. Due to accident/traffic I did not WI in this week so I have no idea where I am. My clothes fit OK but I too am stuck and I have to get down again. I have been saying that a long time ...
CL - welcome back!
Tracie - good luck at the cabin, have fun, I'm sure you will. Get exercise in to offset the eating, LOL.
Have a great weekend!
