Kate I hear you with finding the focus. I am really struggling with that. I have been exercising consistently and stretching. But every day I seem to do something that purposefully sabatoges myself. It is truely weird. I guess I am just really noticing it and maybe that is a step in the right direction.

Good Morning Everyone! Well I woke up today determined. I did morning yoga, am going to see my chiropractor and then off to the gym for an elyptical session with my iPod. I have my food planned out and am going to stick to my plan today. Just today that is my goal. One day at a time.Sisters in Core. Sisters in healthy eating. Sisters in taking care of ourselves. We can all do it together! Way to go Girlie on your loss!

Yes it feels really good!
Geez these trackers are fun.
Now I got goals for the week, month and two months! It automatically updates them all when I enter a new weight. How fun is that!
I am motivated by little stars on pieces of paper and trackers of ants, arrows and fish.
To know me is to love me. Hee hee.

So alone. I am all alone here in the challenge. Where the heck is everyone?
My second day went well. I stayed coreish. Took a short bike ride and then a short walk with the family. Then I wound up with a very unhappy tummy. Maybe some sort of food poisoning? Anyway I feel better now. Food today will be ok. Core breakfast, not so core lunch but will eat with great moderation and then dinner is up for grabs since we are going to the in-laws to eat. But moderation and good choices can be the mantra there as well.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend.
Cynthia

Congrats Xena, on a great weekend, although I hope the tummy troubles are over. Beth good job on .4 loss. Keep on plugging away. Xena, your comments about sabatoging yourself is exactly where I am. I wake up in the morning with the best of intentions, and at some point in the day, don't do a very good job of talking myself out of the contraband that I decide on a whim that I want. The bratty 4year old in me keeps winning. Now seriously, who is the adult in this relationship? Me or that bratty 4 year old. My plan...keep working at it. And after missing meetings for 3 weeks, I'm really looking forward to getting back there. HIHO katie

Hi, everyone - I hope you enjoyed your weekends and that most meals were Core LOL! ;D I had 2 non-Core meals, 1 each Sat. and Sun. but I don't care, it was worth it. Back on track until WI Wednesday. It is super cold here again, I don't like it! We are expecting the "S" word again on Wed., come on it's March!! I hope only a few inches and onward into spring! Xena, I love your trackers too, very fun and motivating I'm sure. Great job on being Core for the day, I envy you because I never do it 100%. Hang in there, Katie, only 1 day at a time, sometimes for me it's one meal at a time but whatever it takes...you can do it! It has been a little quiet on this challenge and this board period -- let's make some Core Sista Noise!!! Have a good day!

So sorry I've been away for a few days. Good to hear the progress and determination going on.
I had another birthday here at my house this weekend and ended up eating what was served which was full-fat spaghetti and a piece of cake....then the next day I had some more of the leftover cake.
I have no idea of the WPA's, but I am finding that my portions are moderate and I'm not continuing to eat eat eat.
I'm having some personal stuff going on---may have to sue the guy that was SUPPOSED to fix my hubby's pickup. What a drag!
