Still doing well. I am trying to get my kids to WATP with me. One mile is about all they can do so yesterday I did the one mile with them in the morning and the two mile in the evening. I did two miles by myself this morning.
I wish you could see my 5 year old DS WATP. He is my youngest and the only one with enough coordination to use his arms and legs at the same time.
I hope to get the front yard raked with the kids today. That should give us all a bit of exercise.
Hope you all have a great day!

PreChas! I'm so excited! I earned my Gold Medal today! It has taken me two years of activity to earn this award. Along the way my life has truly changed.
Onward to the Platinum Award -- that one requires a whole lotta points. No idea how long it will take!

Way to go, HM!!! My points are building fast, though I don't think I'll hit my March goal, but I'm closing in on Silver #3. If I ever make it to Platinum, I think I'll actually order the medal. Yesterday: Light cardio to warm up, 90 minutes with trainer doing heavy lifting, stretching afterward. Today: 40 minutes on the bike, listening to Cardio Coach, then 30 minutes uphill treadmill. Stretch.

HipMom,
Yay...Congratulations!!! What an effort. I'm working on a bronze and it takes a while, even for an active person so, GOLD, woweee. Supercool! (i'm gif-challenged so I'm thinking a cool swirling congratulatory picture, even though no one can see it!)

Yeah, the Platinum takes 500,000 points! It takes 80,000 to get Gold, so you can imagine! I'm at 16% of my Platinum. Just wanting to bask in the Golden glow, though. I've been thinking of ordering the t shirt, just because it would be cool to wear to the gym! Kind of a conversation starter. . . . Keep up the great work, all you PreChas! We're in the home stretch for March, but April is right around the corner!

Another good cardio workout today on the treadmill. I set the machine for heart rate of 70-75% of max, then set a comfy speed for me and the machine changed incline to keep me at the right heart rate.
Then a long stretching session, and a steam. Too bad I have to go to work now.
I don't think I'll reach my March goal. I just checked my Points from April last year. Over 11,000. That will take some work to beat. I'll give it a go...

Good job HM! What an accomplishment. Happy dance for you!
I tried one of those start to run programs today. I think between my weight and my arthritic knees running is NOT for me. Back to WATP tomorrow, or maybe I'll get back to Curves.

Hi, PreChas! Thanks for the kind thoughts! I did 50 minutes on the LifeCycle today at high intensity, for another 500 points. I may make my goal for the month!

Hi prechaz, I didn't walk to work as planned as the rain starte just as i began and i don;t seem to have an umbrella. Will rectify that tomorrow! I coudn't just wear a hat and let the computer in my backpack get soaked . But i did still rack up 600 pp's today between class and then my own cardio and weight and pilates workouts. Have a great active day!

YAY, Hippomommy!!! You are my Active Lifestyle role model. 16% of half a million points, that's nothing to sneeze at. You are so inspiring to all of us little hippobabies.

Greetings, PreChas...
I'm at my Mom's, and still managed to get in a workout yesterday....Strength training with dumbbells for 40 minutes, then 40 minutes on the bike, then a long stretch.
My March PreCha goal is within reach. The Points add up quickly with consistent effort. Last year, I did 11,000 in April, so I'll try to match that this year.
I started the PreCha Healthy Lifestyle in Dec, 2003. I've earned 194,178 points so far.

Hi, PreChas! We're all doing very well! I am almost to my March goal -- need one more good workout and I'll hit it. I can do that tomorrow.
I will start another thread for April, and will invite folks from the WW website.
Keep moving, and we'll wrap up the month in grand style!
