Thanks for the warm welcome. I have started my tickers, but I think I should have set a higher goal for my PreCha points. Next month I'll do better.
I am doing Core Online. Just started on Monday, but the pounds have started coming off already. Hip Hip Horray!
I am doing WATP right now. I am having my daughter do it with me. As soon as it warms up we would like to do more biking and hiking. I think I will do another week of WATP and then I will try to get back to Curves. I used to go on a regular basis, but then I got sick, couldn't go, and never go back to it. Please give me the kick in the pants I need!

I already earned my President's Active Lifestyle Award, and I let the star thingy just roll over without changing my goal designation. Question: Should I switch over to the Presidential Champions Program and work on Bronze? I was about to switch, and then it asked me if I was sure and I really don't know if there is any disadvantage. I earn about a thousand points per week and I don't plan on changing my schedule much. The "are you sure" message says that the points I've earned will be recalculated under the guidelines of the new program. Any input?

Good strength training yesterday and a solid hour cardio today. Tomorrow, no gym, but maybe an easy walk around the neighborhood. I'm keeping on track with the activity; now to get the eating back in line...

I woke up early and did the two mile WATP. In the afternoon I decided to take the kids geocaching so we could all get some exercise. I looked up three caches in the same area. About a mile back in the woods my 5YODS decided he couldn't walk anymore. It was an awfully long and hilly walk back to the car. This morining my calves are hurting so bad. I think I will take today off.
Hope everyone has a great week!

Well, I think i'm gonna join y'all in this thread.
I have decided to change my original goal from 8000 in winter to 10,000 until 4/1/06.
eveheart, I am thinking of doing the same thing as you. I hope someone knows what kind of change to the points take place when you change challenges.

Welcome, Angelhunny!
I had a weekend of busy-ness with no fitness activity. My ankle is still achy and stiff, but I think it's improving. I'll be hitting the gym for swimming, and maybe a try on the recumbent bike later. I am feeling the need for activity!
Hope everyone is off to a great week. Keep moving and reporting to the President!

Greetings PreCha's
I started my day with a full body strength training session, then a half hour fast walking on the treadmill. Then my WW meeting with a good weigh-in: down 2 pounds. I'm feeling good.
Hippo, I know what you mean about feeling the need to be active. I hope your ankle heals fast so you can get back to your usual activities.

Hi, PreChas! I did 55 minutes on the LifeCycle today. My ankle felt pretty good, so I'm thrilled to be able to do some good cardio, without having to get into the pool. Onward!

Good morning! Just finished the 2 mile WATP, I did it yesterday too. Im starting to get back into the swing of exercising. I'm starting to get antsy when I sit down. I feel like I need to get up to move.
I did my first weigh in yesterday. Three pounds! Happy Dance going on here!
Hippo, glad to see you're getting better!
Happy Spring!

Hi all, Great cardio session for me today. Vigorous 45 minutes on bike, followed by 30 minutes uphill on treadmill. Kept my heart rate around 70-75% of max. Great for weight loss, as well as PreCha Points. ;D

Today is usually my day off from the gym, but since I missed yesterday, I felt obligated to go. And, since I have to work today, I had to get up extra early to get it done. It's always worth the effort.
Today: a fast walk uphill on the treadmill for 50 minutes, then 15 minutes stretching and abs.
BTW, I noticed the PreCha website has now added Platinum award for 500,000 points. I'm 38% there.
