Okay...have not been here eery day and some days were better than others but I am definitely losing weight again. I have a goal and plan to be there by February.
Yesterday we were busy cleaning house and I worked most of the day so probably burnt a lot more calories than usual. Have company coming today so will need to do more cleaning and some cooking then set up for the meal either inside or outside. I am thinking outside is better with perhaps 12 people going to be here.
Yesterday I ended up having pizza for lunch because it was 2 and we did not feel like cooking. Today will be mostly core foods so...should do better and not having a dessert and only serving fruit and mostly items from the garden will be good for the figure, too.

Been awhile since I posted...am back on program and seeing some progress...wish I was more consistent but have a good feeling so hope it lasts and the weight drops again as it has in the past.
Breakfast: Mexican polenta type meal and a nectarine
Snack: figs
Lunch: bulgur with chicken, onion and vinegar
Dinner: WW spaghetti with tomato-meat sauce, nectarine and nonfat milk
20 minutes on exercise bike
