TUESDAY: chicken terkyaki with veggies - no bun, chicken, polenta, salsa, peas, nectarineNC: S: taffy -1 = -1 WEDNESDAY: bocaburger, veggies, banana, tea, NC:bun -3 S: =-3 THURSDAY: ham, eggs, tea, chicken, veggies, ww pasta, plus two ts oil, fire house mexican - lots of it fried but kept portions very moderate and didn't eat dessert so I am just going to take 5 point for all the oil and call it evenNC: S: = -5 FRIDAY:shredded wheat with banana, ww pasta, chicken veggies, fruit, and pork tenderloin, baked potato, green beans, salad, oil NC: S: = SATURDAY:ham, eggs, coffee, milk, shredded wheat, NC: pasta and oil -5 S: jake's birthday cake-5 =-10
SUNDAY: ham ,eggs, nf latte, NC: pancake -3 S: = -3
EXERCISE: (Goal: 240 minutes) - ACHIEVED:150

Hey Cathy,
The summer was very good but extremely busy with all the fun we had. We just returned from Hawaii and after being very self conscious in my swim suit I decided I need to buckle back down and get back to a weight I feel good in.
I turn 40 in November and frankly I want to look good and not enter this decade being at all unhappy with myself.
How are You!?

Hi!! I reply in the person's journal because I am not sure they will be checking my journal for a reply to their post ... hope that makes sense... Anyway, my summer was great too, a lot of fun but also a lot of sad things happened and threw off my schedule, so I gotta get back on track now and learn from this experience to keep eating as healthy as I can when life situations occur. And get back on track as soon as I can when things "normal out" a little, which is what I am doing. Still have a ways to go with my goals but I will get there. I hope you enjoyed Hawaii and 40 is a great birthday to look forward to!

Hey I remember that picture of you! I'm sure you look just as great now ... you'll get there. I keep telling myself this is life and how the F can we expect to stay within 2-3 pounds of goal forever....things happen and you just go up...it's such a struggle but I can't stop struggling, unless I want to be really overweight again. And I can't even stand myself now. So...I look at pictures from this summer and compared to last summer it makes me mad ... but onward and downward. By the end of October I will be closer to goal weight...andyou will too!

You are soooo right ... I am very hard on myself, and I would never say negative things to anyone else. I always try to encourage others but not myself. Every once in a while I say to myself Geez it was only 1 little non-Core slip-up, shut up! But not too often. We should start posting on the Maintenance Circle thread again.

NO no no... you are not a failure -- not even if you gained back everything or more than what you started with. Because you are here and you are still doing it for you! Hey what about what you wrote to me about being negative and hard on yourself when you would never say such things to others?! I am going over the Maintenance Circle right now...

I guess I'm doing all right ... I will find out tonight at WI. It's the time of year to take out the cooler weather clothes and put away the shorts ... it seems everything I try on that fit last fall is tight. One day at a time...

Since the AP counter is making me crazy in the planner I am going to just enter my exercise here and not in the planner. Then I can add the points up separately and go from there. They should fix that thing.
