Hi,
I created a login a long time ago on this board, but haven't been an active participant.....
I'm fresh in from the WW Core boards, licking my wounds. Happy to be here.

Hi! I'm new to Core, but was in WW a loong, loong time ago. I lost almost 30 lbs on Atkins 3 or 4 years ago, and got it all back, and a little more. I'm totally loving Core because there is no guilt involved, and everything you can eat is GREAT! I'm even learning to eat fruit (Not a big fan of the fruits, really) So Hi and it's nice to meetcha!

WELCOME NICOLE AND BLEU!!!!I never really spent much time at the WW boards, but I've heard that it's not always a friendly place. Kippy's Core-ner totally is! I love it here and hope you both do as well.
I tried Atkins and felt so clogged internally. It never felt right to me that things like oatmeal and apples were not allowed! Glad you're trying core. It feels so good to me!
Looking forward to more posts from you both.

Today is my first day and I'm working on my profile. I'm having trouble with the ticker. Where do you put the ticker on your profile? I put it on Signature, but I'm not sure it works. I haven't started CORE yet, but am looking forward to starting. I'm still learning what I can and can't eat.

Welcome corgeous!
I cut this post from our resident tech expert Pookie from the ticker.com thread under tech help. See if it helps. If not check out the tech help threads. Once again welcome aboard
"Highlight the first address they give you and copy it to the signature box in your profile using the code :
[ img ] address [ / img ]
DO NOT use any spaces like I did above or it won't work."

Hi, I decided today that I would try WW after reading many successful weight loss stories from WomensHealth Mag. I plan on attending my first meeting Tue. I'm an overweight fitness instructor if you can believe that! It's so embarrassing to get up and teach step aerobics and spinning when I'm such a bad example of what a fitness instructor should look like. I overeat constantly and make poor food choices often. I yo yo back & forth on my weight b/c every now and then I'll get frustrated and start to eat better, but then I fall off the wagon FAST. I weight train in addition to cardio 6x week so when I even make the smallest change in my diet it shows up fast. I really want to go the distance this time and shed the 30lbs I want to lose and be a success story.
