I lost 1 pound this week. I am happy with that; it is TOM. This week, I am going to drink more water and increase my running time slightly (ran a mile this morning without stopping -- a definite NSV!!!) 188/170/

After 1 month on WW, I've lost 15 lbs. total. Happy! 25 more to go.

Surprising weigh-in for me. Down 6 pounds, without trying that hard. My leader allowed me to give a CORE testamonial at my meeting today. I've been Core-Faithful two solid weeks, resulting in 8.2 pounds gone. I'm comfortably under goal now and it feels good.

End of my 3rd week on Core and I am down another 2.5 pounds. I wasn't sure it was going to be that great due to some personal issues, so I am thrilled!

Well, Here I am, on week 22 of core, 26 pounds down, at my 10% (for the second time, due to a 2 pound gain) and two sizes smaller. Yea. I had a great week, food wise, and lost .6 at the scales. I feel like I am on track, and doing well. I just need to up the exercise a bit. Sometimes it seems like a long way to go, but I am still ahead of my goal to lose a pound a week. I surprised myself at work today. I stated that I was tired of my weight, and was willing to really work to lose it. I have never actually said that before.

WEEK 8 OF WW
6 Weeks on FLEX (Lost 10lbs) [glow=red,2,300]1 Week on CORE (Lost 3.2 lbs)[/glow]
Needless to say....I'm sooooooo loving CORE! I thought I would have such a hard time with it because I just can't stop counting the points and like everyone told me "it's sooooo much easier".
Went out for Japanese with my DH last night and had filet mignon and shrimp and never looked back!!
Congrats to you all on your losses and your gains! This is my second time with WW and although there were definite gains last time around they always gave me the kick in the pants I needed to pull it together and do twice as good the following week!!!

;D Down 3.6 this week, for a total of 21.4 in eight weeks.
I went straight from exercising, wearing thin exercise clothes, so that might have had something to do with the bigger loss, but I'm okay with that. Next week, I might have a problem with it, though, if I'm back in heavier clothes.....
Well....off to change my counter.....
