Starting CORE again to lose some weight I gained. And need to exercise to lose and keep weight off. Life has just been so hectic but I need to commit and do this for myself.
Starting weight: 175 Goal: Officially it's 146 but I'd be happy with 155 (or less)

gained 3 lbs this week. i went over my WPA, though i didn't go overboard and exercised almost every day. i don't think i should have gained so much. i deserved to stay the same though. i was all bloated at weigh in, so we'll what happens next weigh in. gotta keep trying!
