I am completely shocked. I lost 3.5 pounds this week; I expected a gain because I have felt like my eating has been out of control the past two days. 188/171/ Almost to my 10%...

Down half a pound, but I'm pleased -- had a tough time the end of the week because I was travelling on business, and it's my TOM, so I expected a gain, frankly. Glad to see the numbers going in the right direction!
4 lbs to my 10% -- yay!

stayed the same 158.4 but at least i didnt gain. been feeling as though i am retaining water but long past tom years...will stay op and see what happens

Okay, weigh-in Monday was no change. This is the first week I have not lost and it kinda got to me. I got over it and have resolved to do more at-home exercise (sit ups, pilates, yoga, etc.) and go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

Good Morning Monday Weighers
This week I have lost 1.5 pounds. Went a bit over my WPA, but did try to drink more water/fluids this week.
