Another pound gone. Yippee!
Right now, I am getting a huge psychological boost. For some reason, I was thinking that last week, I weighed 169. So when I weighed in this morning and saw that number, I had to do some positive self-talk, and set all kinds of goals for myself -- drink more water, eat less sugar, pay more attention to my body's signals.
When I finally reported the weight on the WW site, it told me "congratulations" for losing a pound, and told me I had reached my 10% goal.
I feeling SOOOO motivated right now, but those goals I set for myself still stand!!!!
188/169/134 (the WW goal I set . . . we'll see!)

I am up .6. I am actually surprised that it is not more. It was a hard week, and I struggled with the chocolate monster. I lost. I also bumped into an old, old habit, wanting to eat something while I read. Unfortunately, instead of good choices I went for the DBF's peanut M&M's. (I normally do not like them, and they can sit out without talking to me.) So this week was a struggle, and an opportunity for insight. There will be another opportunity this coming weekend. I am going for a weekend workshop where the food is great, but not always core. I am going to save my points for the weekend, and do my best. If I can remember that I want make different food choices (leave the brownies, chocolate, and the cookies alone) and that my goal is weight loss, I should do OK. I will let everyone know next week. I stayed the same today. I'm fine with that - I didn't gain and it is TOM and I didn't do as well last week as I shoudl have (huge chocolate bar!). So, no loss, but no worries either Congrats to all of you who lost!

I gained. Big.
Up 3.4 pounds this week.
I didn't do anything different this week.
Portion control has been an issue, but I haven't been too worried about it because I've been losing.
I guess this is the week to work on portion control.
Yep, I'm a bit bummed.

I lost the same .6 that I gained last week, so I am even. The bigger picture is that I am right at the place where my loss has ended, every other time. This time I have not "fallen off the wagon", but I am not paying as much attention as I need to. I am re-committing myself to sticking to core, and staying within my WAP. I actually had a NSV this weekend. I was at a workshop where I could not choose the food. There were enough parts of the meals that were core, so I could make good choices, but there were always yummy deserts (my downfall)I decided before I went, that I would not have the deserts, and would be fine with it. I stuck to my decision every meal, except one, and I allowed myself a piece of cheesecake. I had the WAP to cover it. I really felt that I did a good job. I am quite happy with my loss, and am hoping for a bigger one next week. I will let you know.

Down 3.5 today. I am shocked but happy!
I do online only, and when I reported today's weigh-in, Weight Watchers sent me a stern warning about the perils of losing weight too quickly. I thought it was kind of funny -- I agree that 3.5 would be too much to lose every week, but most weeks I lose between .5 and 2, just like they recommend.
BTW, I ate all my WPAs and APs this week.

Down 4.2 this week. Of course, this was after a gain of 3.4 last week, but I'm still pleased.
