I've been so busy, registering for school, and I miss checking in on here! Anyway, I have had it rough so I actually had a gain of .5 lb! I will try harder!

Good morning, Monday weighers! I lost half a pound this week. I am happy with that, although it is a smaller loss than I have had so far. But I was sick all last week, and only exercised a couple of times. I also feel like my weight fluctuates a lot from day to day (last Wednesday I was a couple of pounds lighter than I am this morning) and I just can't stress about that! 188/174.5/ ?

Lost 1 pound this week for a total of 36 pounds gone. That is 18 pounds less for each of my old, achy knees to carry around. Isn't Core wonderful!

I lost TWO POUNDS this week! I've had a couple weeks of no losses or little gains, and it took me a while to figure out what was going on -- but spending a week counting points for core foods was really instructive. It let me honestly look at what I was eating and find the trouble spots. And it's obviously paid off! I feel great!

Todays WI was down 1.5lbs.
I still have so far to go but am so encouraged that when the plan is applied that steady successful loss is possible.
