[glow=blue,2,300] I LOST 2.6 LBS. THIS WEEK! [/glow] I am so happy.. I've been on CORE for a long time, but not really losing much. I've really been watching my portions and and trying to get the hang of the "hunger" thing. I love CORE...and I'm stickin' to it!

Well I went to WW last night and gained 1/2lb. Wasn't surprising because of the extra stuff I had this week. Too name a few....stuffed shells, veg. pizza, 4 carrot muffins in a wk. I enjoyed the meeting. Our leader is wonderful and she does core. She talks about flex and core. Our group discussions are so good that since starting in Jan. I have only missed 1 weigh in and maybe 2 meetings. There is so much to gain from the meetings.

I am so happy. I lost 2 more lbs. I really enjoy our meetings and look forward to them. Our group is really good also, everyone is so supportive. Our leader was showing us (with samples of food) on how to make good decisions.

Wednesday August 10th...weigh in....stayed the same. Really has been hard. Too many restaurants this past week so I am happy with staying the same.

Well, I've been in a holding pattern the past two weeks, painfully stuck at 4.4 lbs. away from goal. The last few are always the hardest, and I think I may be subconsciously sabotaging myself. I'm going to REALLY focus on doing THE PROGRAM (not just my version), and go for it. I can do it, I know!!!! mikki

Well I knew I gained but at least it was not 5lbs. I have got to get with it. A 2lb gain.

Lost 0.6 this week--not much, but getting closer to goal! I am psyched to get back there (and, OF COURSE, stay there this time!!!). ;D

I was real pleased that I took off 1 1/2 of the 2lbs that I had gained last week. This weekend will be a challenge with a labor day picnic. I will try my best

Gained 1.5 I knew it and am ok with it. With the picnic on Sunday, I over did it. Need to get back on track. I am away for the weekend and there will be plenty of food. Haven't seen these friends for yrs. Just my brothers and I are going (no wives/husbands/kids). Then the following weekend is a family reunion. I just got to keep in mind that they are only 1 day events and for the other days I really need to watch.

Lost another pound this week! The best part was that I'm within 2 lbs. of my goal weight so my meeting was free--gotta love even the littlest incentives to push on. I'm now 1.8 lbs. away! mikki
