I weigh in each week on Wednesday at my meetings. Last week, I lost 1.8 which put me at my 10% target, and also within my weight range.
I'll choose my ofifcial goal weight at this week's meeting. My personal goal is 110 and I'm at 124, started at 137.6. (5'0").
Below are my weekly stats since starting Core and WW on 11/10:
-1.4, -2.8, -1.4, -0.4, -1.4, -1.2, -1.0, -0.6, -1.0, -0.8, -1.8

Wednesday is my WI day at my meeting. I've been gaining and losing the same pound for about a month. Last week I was down 1.2 pounds. This week, I am up 1 pound. I'm reporting this result because last week I was very, very careful. I increased the intensity of my exercise, I actually journalled everything I ate (with portion estimates, a la Flex), and met all the healthy guidelines. In other words, I did everything right. And I gained a pound. I wanted to share that I am not a bit upset. I've lost 45 pounds, the last almost-20 of them rather quickly (for me). I am 24 pounds from goal, and now the patience is really called for. I have every confidence that the scale will catch up with me sooner or later. While I hope sooner, I know I will be ok if it's later. My energy levels are up, I'm feeling great, and I'm working to refine my weight-losing skills. I mean, what else do I have to do with my time? I feel terrific! Susie

Tonight was my second WI: 2.8 pounds!
Which puts me at 6.2 total -- over 5 pounds in two weeks! I'm so thrilled!
I really love Core. The losing weight thing is a nice perk, too. *g*

Third WI: down another 2.4 pounds! Total loss so far: 8.8 pounds. YAHOOOOOO! Added bonus: at the end of the meeting, my leader goes around the room and asks the people who were successful what they're doing that made that happen, which gives me a great opportunity to pimp Core. ;-) My leader is doing it too, but she's really a points-person -- she opens every meeting talking about different new low-point products, and relates every food struggle back to points (eating in restaurants, etc). So she asks me to point out all the fun parts of Core, how easy it is, and so forth. The fact I'm the only newbie who's lost every week since I started sort of helps my case, after all. YAY Core!

I weigh at home since I'm an online member and don't go to meetings. Today the scale shows I'm down another 2 pounds for a grand total of 15! I was afraid the Real Foods Challenge might cause me to gain because I was eating really well and really enjoying my meals. I thought I might be over-indulging.
But noooooooo! This has been a very good week. Another 2 pounds gone!
In the past two years or so I have started and failed at several diets. I was committed and did each of the diets faithfully for up to 6 months, too...but the most I managed to lose on any of them, including Atkins, was 6 pounds. And of course I gained the pounds right back when I stopped the diet.
This is the best weight loss I have experienced in ages, and it's so painless! Core is simply awesome.

I can't believe it, but I lost another 1.4 pounds at weigh-in last night! 12.8 total!
I'm completely amazed by this, because I had a HUGE planned splurge on Friday at an all-you-can-eat Chocolate Buffet. Now, for the rest of of the week I stayed OP with tracking and exercise and eating Core, but I DEFINITELY ate over my 35 WPAs, probably by at least 15 if not more. Also, I am dead in the middle of TOM and I am extremely bloated and sluggish this month.
I guess there is something to be said for continuing to track no matter what, because in the end I lost anyway. And now it's a new week with new set of 35 WPAs and no big splurges planned, hurray.
I LOVE CORE.
