i love this plan too ;D week #1: 4.8lbs!!! week #2: 2.0lbs!!! this is sooo cool i never really feel hungry i'm not even really eating flex points (i did have a chocolate bar cause it was that time of the month but that is what they are there for right ). lets all keep up the good work cheryl

Down another 2.6 pounds!!
15.4 total, in 6 weeks! WOW.
You know what I love doing after meeting each week? Changing my tracker and sig lines on the WW board and here. LOL!

I changed my WI day to Wednesday since it is more convenient.
I lost 1.2 lbs this week for a total of 10.8. I had an off-program weekend so I am definitely happy with any loss even though a gain would have been acceptible since I had a great weekend.

Lost another pound this week after maintaining last week. Down for a total of 14.2 now.

I lost .4 pounds last week and gained it back again this week. I guess that is a wakeup call to pay attention to what I am doing.
Of course my birthday was in that period with that great ice cream cake.

This is my first posting. I weigh in each Wednesday at my meetings. Below are my weekly weighins since I started on Jan 15, 2005. -6 -6 -2 -3.5 -4.5 -1.5 -.5 -4.5 -.5 -4 -.5 -4 -0 I really love this program and my WW instructor is wonderful. Total lost as of today 37.5. This was the first time I did not lose but I did not gain either (which I am thankful for) but I do know that it will slow down now and that I cannot get down about it. Take each day....one day at a time.

This week was a good week. I lost 3 lbs for a total of 17.2!

Last night was my weighin and I received a charm for 16wks and also a star. I lost 4 1/2 pounds this week. That makes a total of 42lbs. I was soooo excited. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would do this good. Core is great....

Weigh in was last night and I lost 1/2 lb. I am ok with that. It seems that every other week I lose 1/2 lb. and then the week in between I lose more. I am feeling better every day. Taking some of the weight off sure makes a difference. ;D

My first weigh-in since starting Core was on Wednesday, and I lost 4.0 pounds!

I was in a HUGE plateau over the last couple of months and getting discouraged, so this was really a big deal for me.
Now I'm REALLY motivated!

Normally I get weigh in at 5:30 in the evening but because of going out of town I went at 12:30. I lost 1/2 lb. and am happy with that. So now I have lost a total of 43lbs. since January 2005.
