Was surprised last night and lost 1 1/2. I am very pleased with that. It shows me that I can have a nice time at a cookout and get right back on track and still lose.

Well, after staying the same last week, I gained 3.4 lbs. this week. This setback is my own fault, but I've reined myself back in after my binge (documented elsewhere). I'm going away on vacation next week, but I have a plan to stay on track and in control. I WILL get there! There's a light at the end of the tunnel and I'm crawling toward the light! mikki

I was really pleased that I maintained this week. I had a reunion on Sunday and really enjoyed all the food. I am back to watching.

Lost 1/2lb and I was so happy. Talked with the class last night and they gave me some suggestions for different things to eat. I miss the watermelon and canteloupe because it is not in season now. My meetings are wonderful. We discussed how people will ask "How much longer are you going to WW" , "Don't you think you have lost enough". I told the group that I respond with....its my night out. I told them an example is that I don't do bowling (you can fill in the activity with whatever) and I don't ask them when are they going to quit. It is worth $11 a week. I enjoy talking with others and getting input along with the leaders discussions each week. url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/] [/url]

I knew I had a gain (3lb). I thought it would be alot more so I am ok with it. Starting today I am really going to get my mind set.

Well, it has been an ugly 3 weeks. I'm up 5.6 overall since my 9/14 WI--where I was under 2 lbs. to goal. Most of this gain was that week after. I was away on vacation last week, but I went to a WW meeting in Minneapolis, and was able to get core foods in the many restaurants that we ate in while there. Stumbled at a couple of big dinner parties and receptions, but otherwise stuck to the plan. I'm determined to get back on the "losing" track! mikki

Good Morning, After having a 3lbs gain last week (which I totally deserved it) I managed to take 2 of those back off....YES. Now I need to keep moving and get some more off. I just have to take a day at a time. I have all the stuff I need in me to do it. I have determination, faith, strength, willpower etc......I just have to keep talking to myself and most importantly I need to "Listen" to those thoughts and apply them. Wish me luck

I gained 1/2lb. Not bad but I have to start heading in the right direction. Thanksgiving will be here soon and I would like to get to 60lb lose by then.

With all the excitement of not having power. I was happy to have lost weight. Lost 1.5lbs this week.

Up 1.4 this week. All this flooding rain in the Northeast these past couple of weeks has dampened the spirits and the exercise routine, but the sun is back and so is my resolve. mikki

I gained 1.5lb which is what I lost last week. I have got to write everything down this week and get with it.

Up 0.8 this week. I've decided to switch back to flex to shake things up a bit (and get control) until after the holidays. The discipline will be good for me, and I'll enjoy getting back to core all the more in January!

Wed weigh in was not good. I gained 1.5. I am just having trouble getting motivated again. My mind is only part there. I hate that. I go over in my mind what I need to do and my WW leader suggested flex but it is not cores fault...it is mine. I need to get my head back on straight. I can do this.....
