I am down 1lb. That was a good shot of motivation. I did have a mini binge at work yesterday, but feel back on track today. I'm rushing through here today, my friend is picking me up in just over an hour so I need to get ready. Have a great day Katie

I have WI this morning. Between TOM and a huge dinner last Saturday night I'm not expecting too much but I'll report in later.

Good job Katie and Beth! I will be happy with maintaining this week. Trying to stay with the ghgs and get enough water. I'm not even remotely craving sugar today, but I was yesterday. I got through it though, not without using some points, but I had no sugar!! Yeah!

Hi all!
I weighed in yesterday for the first time since the beginning of February, and was down 4 pounds! I really think that giving up soda (even though all I drink is diet) and sugar has helped, even though I've had some binge episodes on other types of foods. But for the past week, I've been strictly Core (I mean counting WPAs for non-Core foods, of course!) and you know what? The plan really does work. (I have been doing "old Core" since that's what worked for me for all 50 pounds!)
Soooo . . . I'm well on my way to my personal goal, which makes me feel strong and motivated!

Coco, I'm also doing old core, for the same reasons. I don't see that changing will make a difference for me, but I have read through the new information and do keep those guidelines in the back of my head.
I had a very over point weekend. DD's 21st birthday was St.Patty's Day. and eventhough I didn't go out with her and I don't drink, we had extra company, and that means cooking differently. I don't know why I don't cook the same, but I don't. So I'm assuming I have used all my 35wpa and will stick to strict core for the rest of the week. Have a great day Katie

Way to go Coco! That just shows you DON'T have to eat a box of cookies when you're stressed - you've proven that.
We went out for Tapas on Saturday night and I enjoyed myself and tasted what I wanted to and didn't taste what didn't look worth it (the fried stuff), had 1 glass of sangria and lots of water, and estimated 22 points for the evening. I went spinning that morning so I had 6 AP's going into the evening. All in all it wasn't horrible. I told my friend we went out with that I figured out the points and she thought I was nuts for tallying everything up (she is a recent Lifetimer but got there on Flex and somehow not counting points). Anyway, I needed to see where I was at for the week so I didn't think it was obsessive or anything.
Spinning today and tomorrow - this will be a big AP week! Now that TOM is over I'd like to see a loss on Friday of some kind.

Great job Katie - Coco - Beth !!!!I lost 1 lb. last week too. Now I am back to goal weight, whew! Of course my weekend was filled with eating and drinking, but I'm back on track now. I had TOM last week too with the loss so I am hoping for another one if I make the right choices to Thursday. I want to be below goal for the summer. Have a great rest of today!

BRAVO COCO--down 4 lbs!!! Hey GirliePurple--lost 1 lb.!!! Keep up the good work! I love CORE! Had a little bout with granddaughter's homemade cookies last evening....but otherwise doing great!
