I decided it's a new year so I should start it off with a new journal. And hopefully a new outlook. The good news is I am at the same spot as I was last year. So woo hoo!!!! for not gaining any weight. I know my downfall is simply lack of exercise so I am going to try and focus on that for my 2007 resolution. Since I was able to maintain this past year I feel I have the eating under control. So 2007 will be the year to increase physical activity in my life! My goal for the next 2 weeks will be to get on the treadmill for 15 minutes a day and 10 sit ups per day.

I have maintained but had a doozy of a weekend with MIL visiting for DH birthday celebration. It's finally over and I am back on track. I plan on walking on the treadmill tonight after the kids go to sleep.

Good for you!!! We just talked a couple of weeks ago at the WW meeting about changing out our exercise routine every now and then. Not only does it help keep you motivated, but it also works different muscles in different ways for a more complete work-out. Have a great week Katie

this past week I have had some difficulty exercising since I am recovering from some sort of virus. It's not a cold but it's really taken alot of energy out of me. I have been realizing though how much sugar has an impact on my eatting routine. Any little bit and then I lose control and have to make a big effort to not overeat. I am trying to focus on that and eatting only until full since I have not been able to exercise as much as I would like. It's been and interesting and eye opening experience. It is something I am going to work on since I have been ignoring that core requirement for quite a while. I should start going back to meetings but I can't find one that meets my time/location for ease. I may go back to one of the challenges to help me stayon track.

Hi, Pammy! Take it easy on the exercise while you are recovering, I hope you feel better soon.
Do you mean sugar snuck back into your eating and it's affecting you? The same happens to me if I eat too much candy, even 2 meals in a row, I feel yucky and you really notice how your blood sugar drops and you feel tired. I avoid sugary snacks now.
How are you doing otherwise?
