AWESOME!! When I'm going out to a chain restaurant I will go to www.dwlz.com and check out the points values in the restaurant guide before hand. That way I can plan ahead on what to order with the lowest points. Maybe you can steer them to a better restaurant choice next time. But you did fantastic congratulations. Katie

.6 is great!
If this is your first below 1# loss for a week, don't let it discourage you. A lot of times the first few weeks we get really high losses and then our body settles down and gets a little stubborn, if you just stick with it the losses keep coming. Don't lose your enthusiasm. .6 is a good loss.

My opinion is any loss is a great loss. .6 is just over 2 sticks of butter. A half pound of fat. Congratulations. What is your total so far (if you don't mind my asking) You are doing a great job. Katie

I am happy with the -.6 don't get me wrong.........I was in a hurry yesterday - didn't mean to sound like I wasn't thrilled.
Down 12 pounds in 4 weeks - can't complain.
I am aiming for -30 pounds by my birthday (Aug 12th) - should be doable.
Thanks for all the support - 2 sticks of butter - YUK!!!
Take care.........

I found FF Feta at Albertson's in the deli section, if there is one near you you may find it there. Happy July 4th

Thanks - we do have an Albertson's nearby - I never shop there and I think it is closing soon, but I will try to make a stop there for the ff feta.
Are you going to a meeting this week? I am going to the 10am Monday meeting near Lamar and 183. It won't be Jamie, but it may be nice to see how someone else is.
I probably won't see you this week so have a nice holiday and I'll see you next week!
Take care......

No , I won't be able to fit in a different meeting. Way back when, I used to go to some meetings at N Lamar near 183. It is a nice meeting room, but Jaime is my favorite od all the leaders I have had. This is the 4th time I have joined WW, but also the time I have stuck with it longest.
Have a great 4th and see you next week!

I looked at mine--the brand name is President for the ff feta. You could always ask your stores to carry it. I've foind it on line as well. Good luck!
