I think my monthly challenge ticker was confusing so I changed it to my overall weight change needs. I felt like I was misrepresenting myself.
I was totally off program today at the conference. There was a lovely far from core buffet, and a lovely dessert buffet as well. I had the Tiramisu for dessert and could have eaten oh about 3 or 4 of them but had only 1. I did later hav M&Ms from the afternoon candy buffet they provided for snacks! A Candy Buffet!!!! Now how is that fair?!?! LOL

In this world of too many people struggling with their weight how stupid is it to offer a candy buffet. How many people at this conference have a health issue such as diabetes. Sorry this one really gets my goat. Why not have a healthy buffet with fresh fruit and veggies, but candy?... Ok I'll get off my high horse now. Sorry. 3# to your mini-goal is so close. Then on to the next mini-goal. You are doing a great job... Katie

You know what is funny is that I work for a hospital, so it was a healthcare system who had the Candy buffet( granted it was the hotel who provided it but it was bought by a hosp)
and it was a Buffet with large bowls filled with different candies. M&Ms, Peanut M&Ms, malted milk balls, sour patch bears, red licorice, and popcorn. With bowls for you to fill. It was a bad bad thing!
Home sick today with a Upper respiratory thing and will be home tomorrow too.. Yuck!

Well the only exercise I have gotten this week is coughing and I somehow doubt that Aerobic Coughing will take the fitness world by storm. But it sure makes your muscles ache!
The only up side to being sick is that I haven't eaten much the past couple of days.

I survived but barely, i bought 3 boxes of low cal Ice cream treats, and a bag of Baked Cheetos.
After 1 serving of Cheetos I could see where I was going to keep making the walk to the kitchen for more so I actually Duct Taped the bag closed! It worked and I didn't eat any more last night. I did measure out a serving tonight when I got home, but 1 serving ONLY!
Down .4 today at WI. A small loss but I will take it!
