Well I am away from Vancouver in a small coastal town. Lovely here. Making lots of healthy vegetarian food and enjoying it all. Went for a long 2 hour walk today.
B - oatmeal and banana S - yogurt L - tamale pie (beans) and baked potato fruit S - popcorn and smoothie D - lentil soup, polenta and kale (oil) S - pudding and maybe cereal
This house where we are house-sitting is a vegetarian house and it has some wonderful cookbooks. Here is something I made today
1 part butter mixed with 1 part safflower oil, a bit of water and a bit of skim milk powder tomake a butter spread. Delicious and it uses one of the oils.
I did have a lovely huge treat today. There is a bakery in the country where they make fabulous bread in an outdoor oven. After my big walk I cut two fresh slices and had it with the butter spread above. Wonderful. I eat so little bread now, that I only want a slice or two of the best.
To infinity and beyond.

B - oatmeal cooked in milk/fruit S - yogurt L - soup with Ry=Krisp and marg (points) S - ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ? D - sun-dried tomatoes and zucc and olive pasta S - milky something Last night I made a lovely cardamon rice pudding and then devoured 2 small portions before bed. What is that? I really think something just a bit sweet is what I want at the end of the day. Methinks that if I eat the slightly sweet thing earlier as a part of dinner I can close the kitchen earlier. Well, let's see i will try that today. To infinity and beyond.

Thinking about AP's today. I earn usually 3 - 4 a day with walking and the gym. I am pretty commited to getting my butt off the couch. I usually take a short walk after dinner, breaking up the table to sofa routine. It all seems to be helping.
But I use the AP's most days for extra things on the program, like a sprinkling of cheese, some raisins in my oatmeal, that sort of thing.
I use also about 20 of my WP's. I wonder if this is too much. On the one hand I would like to lose more, on the other hand, I want to do this program for life.
Please feel free to comment.
B - oatmeal and fruit S - fruit L - polenta pie with spinach on the side yogurt and fruit S - how about veggies today instead of popcorn? D - pasta with cottage cheese and eggplant sauce S - who knows?

Didn't make teh eggs and tofu but made this instead. Have to say it was great. For two.
Julienne two sweet potatoe and put in bowl with 1 t oil, then into oven on Pam sheet for 15 - 20 minutes to make these matchstick fries. While you are doing that tear lots of spinach into two bowls and get ready.
Then saute 1/2 onion in 1 t oil till soft and add 2 T peanut butter, 1 chopped up tomato, 1 T of cilantro and a bit of water and simmer for 5. Add a drop of tabasco if you want.
Then put 1/2 this mixture on each spinach bowl, put the fries on top and then top off with 1 egg hard boiled and sliced. This was just great and only the PB wasn't core.

Today's menu
Oatmeal, banana, cranberries and ff milk Snack - fruit Lunch - bean burgers with sauce and veggies on side Snack - popcorn probably Dinner - tamale pie with hot sauce/olives and a bit of cheese * Snack - pudding I think
Also 6 glasses of water, and hopefully a 45 minute walk.
I think I need a new flavour group, but I am not sure what. Something sharp and biting, like blue cheese. I will consider what it is I really want.
The tofu egg scramble yesterday was very good and I will make it again.
I am trying to get a superfood in every day, brussels, spinach, kale or I forget the rest.

I found the most amazing food - freeze dried fruit. They have cranberries, blueberries and raspberries. The fruit is expensive, but it is so light. You can carry it anywhere or pop it into yogurt or oatmeal and you end up with real fruit.
This isn't like sun dried cranberries, there is no concentration of sugar, just the fruit freeze dried. The blueberries are great, pricey, but well worth it.
Today oatmeal, milk and banana soup, couscous, yogurt and blueberries popcorn sushi some little snack.
To infinity and beyond.
