Home sick today. I'm not really eating meals, it's more like grazing. Staying as close to Core as I can.
Breakfast: coffee w/skim milk waffle w/ peanut butter (3 pts) skim milk
Snack: orange
Lunch: tomato soup 1/2 tunafish w/sprouts on ww bread (1pts) pineapple skim milk
Snack: apple w/ peanut butter (2pts)

Rats, I remembered after I ate it I wanted to not indulge in lots of sodium the night before weigh-in. I'll try to remember that for next week.

Lunch: The Dominick's people came in and catered lunch. Ah well! Turkey on a hardroll w/cheese and mustard (5pts) small spoonful of coleslaw (1 pt) spoonful of macaroni salad (3pts)
Dinner: taco/burritos with ww tortilla, taco meat, auteed onions and peppers, lettuce, ff refried beans, and shredded cheddar (shredded soy on my 2nd one) - 4pts pineapple
F/V: banana, cabbage in coleslaw, lettuce, onions, peppers, pineapple

Oooph. Well, my voice is back, but apparently I have just thrown caution to the wind and am spoiling for the end of my losing streak!
Breakfast: coffee w/skim milk breakfast quiche cups banana
Lunch: Succumbed to the allure of my evil!coworker (kidding!) and we went to our old favorite Chinese restaurant. Where everything we like is deep-fried. I had: crab rangoon egg roll deep-fried orange chicken white rice sweet'n'sour sauce giant d. Coke
I didn't even TRY to eat Core. Just had all my favorites and enjoyed it. Of course, now that they're all sitting like lead in the bottom of my stomach, I can't say I'm really *enjoying* it anymore, but them's the breaks of not sticking to plan!
I'll be back to Core by dinner. Assuming I even WANT to eat by then. ;-)

Notes: Interesting! Usually, when I eat popcorn, I tweak and have the Orville Redenbacher 94% ff Kettle Corn, and I usually eat the whole bag. (I have this maybe twice a week max, so I don't worry about it.) But I saw at Target that Pop Secret was making mini-bags of regular Kettle Corn, and at 100 calories for the bag, I would try it and then decide if I was going to tweak it or count the 2 points.
Turns out I don't like full-fat Kettle Corn -- it was too sweet! I like the OR version better because it mostly tastes like popcorn with just a hint of the sugar-salt, whereas this one felt, well, "heavier". Hunh.
Guess I'll be taking the rest of the box into work and giving it away to my co-workers!

Ugh. They say that grits is an acquired taste. Well, I'm not interested in acquiring it.
Lunch: Morningstar corn dog w/mustard (3pts) tomato and red pepper soup w/couscous skim milk
Snack: shrimp w/cocktail sauce
Dinner: grilled ham steak roasted sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, parsnips and garlic collard greens
Snack: 94% ff popcorn, skim milk
Snack2: 2 3-pt sections chocolate (6pts) 2 slices cheese (4pts) teaspoon peanut butter (1pt) spoonful ice cream (0 pts)
Damn. I don't know what happened; I just had the munchies, and I kept eating just a little bit, then a little bit more. First time that's happened since WW -- and I'm not a binger, so this really never happened before, either. I just couldn't...get satisfied. Weird.
