Fajitas for us tonight. I'll wrap mine in lettuce leaves though and skip the cheese since I had some with my apple this afternoon.

Tonight we will have turkey sausage (with diced tomatoes, celery, garlic, onions, green peppers, basil and oregano) and wholewheat spaghetti. Green beans too. DH and I love this. The girls will eat the pasta with regular spaghetti sauce.

Oh my goodness, I made the Old-Fashioned Meatloaf from another thread in this folder, and it was AMAZING! (I tweaked it a bit by adding a clove of minced garlic and I used a homemade Core tomato sauce that I had leftovers of, but everything else was the same.)
That, and a baked potato and carrots, and I am complete. So good!

Tonight it's going to be spaghetti -- ww pasta w/core sauce, big salad w/ff dressing, and whole wheat bread slice w/ a bit of brummel & brown butter & garlic salt. I'll probably have some ff/sf pudding for dessert.

I had some leftover brown rice and mixed veggies.
I browned some 93% lean Ground beef, onions and mushrooms, added the brown rice and veggies the last few minutes with a little bit of lite soy sauce (and put my 2 tsp of olive oil on my serving). MMMmmm
Dinner was ready in 15 minutes or less. Love it.
